Walk to the Starting Line for 4th of July"s Famous Peachtree Road Race! Perfect Place to stay! Pointe Comfort, "the Country in the City" named for my Grandparent's home in Prattville, Alabama. Located on Acreage with Breathtaking Skyline views of Buckhead,-next to the Walking Trail (Beltline-Ga 400 Path)- walk to Restaurants, Shopping, and Marta(1.2 miles).
This 1920 Hunting Lodge has been updated with the Conveniences of Today and the Charm of Yesteryear. It is Perfect Place for Families to stay but we do not have child proof features.
Four Bedroom and a Loft plus 3 Baths- 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths located on the main floor and 2 Bedrooms and Kids loft plus 3rd bath located upstairs. Comfortable for 8 Adults and 2 children (10 People). Extra Air Mattress for sleeping if more is needed.
Enjoy the Open Floor plan while reading a book or enjoying a lovely outdoor fire. Great Open Kitchen for Baking and entertaining guests. Lots of Fun events to go to around the city in this Hot Buckhead Location!! Take an Easy walk down the trail (located next door on the other side of the Privacy Wall) to go have dinner or jump on Marta to meet friends. Best Location in the City!! Screen porch with views of Buckhead Skyline and Wieuca Road Walkers. Complete Privacy.

Perfect location for family visit

We stayed here during our visit for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect place to host our family and enjoy our time together. The house was comfortable for the adults and had plenty of places for the kids to run and play, including numerous spots for hide and seek.

Family Thanksgiving

Very nice house with fabulous outdoor living area

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were extra comfortable and the outdoor living space is second to none. Excellent views of the Atlanta skyline.

Perfect House!!

We rented this house so we could host our family of 8 for the holidays. Plenty of space for everyone and a great kitchen to cook. We thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Wonderful long weekend

The home is even more lovely, more spacious and more unique in person. The indoor and outdoor spaces are homey, comfortable and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We would definitely like to come back.

Beautiful Southern Experience in the Heart of Atlanta

We came for a wedding in the city but wanted to experience A historic Southern Home. This was an excellent choice with lots of space excellent bedding beautiful views and well appointed finishings. We recommend this property.

What a lovely home !! And in the perfect location!!

We totally enjoyed staying in Point Comfort .. the host and hostess were delightful and very helpful .. we had everything we needed and more .. there were warm comforters throughout the home and each bed had 100 % bamboo sheets. The skyline view was spectacular. Highly recommend if you have need of accommodations near Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square.

Pointe Comfort - Five Stars!

We could not have enjoyed our time at Pointe Confort any more than we did. The location, house and amenities were all superb. Tranquility in the city

Perfect Buckhead Retreat

Wow - This home is amazing and just what my (extended) family needed during a difficult time! The home is spacious and has plenty of room for visiting both inside and out. We enjoyed gathering around the fire pit every evening. The home has everything you need and Harriet helped us with a few special requests. This is a very special vrbo in the heart of Buckhead. We hope to be able to return again, with family or friends. Harriet, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with others!

Great space and convenient location

We were in town because my daughter is moving here with her fiancé after the wedding. We really wanted to explore Atlanta and the surrounding areas (which we did) but could have stayed the whole time at this house. The outdoor space was amazing with the fire pit, lights and view of the skyline. The openness of the living spaces are perfect for togetherness. Harriet and Mike were very accommodating- Harriet made sure we had extra towels and Mike showed us the magic of the lights - and was super responsive when we blew a fuse due to too many blow dryers going at once. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water! We plan to spend more time in Atlanta over they next few years and will definitely come back to this place!

It had everything.

It was a perfect location for our event in town. We could fit everyone and had different space to sit and talk without interrupting each other. The host was great about communication and ensuring we had everything we needed. The view outback was the cherry on top.

Perfect home for our Atlanta winter stay

My family and I traveled to Atlanta for the 2025 college football championship game at the Mercedez dome. I chose this rustic home because of its old charm and large outdoor fire pit. We arrived and were happy that the house was just as portrayed. The beds were comfy and welcoming. We chose to cook most of our meals and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The outdoor fire place had plenty of wood and offered a fantastic view of the Atlanta skyline. Communication with our host was quick as they live right next door. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house and host

Perfect Family Gathering

We just enjoyed our second holiday family gathering at this beautiful home. The home is very spacious with a great kitchen so we could cook and host Christmas dinner for 8 adults. The backyard and fire pit areas are amazing and we enjoyed family time outside immensely. The home is very clean and communication with the host was very responsive.

Friend reunion

Six friends from law school met and enjoyed a wonderful weekend. The home was just as described. The property is spectacular. And, it is located near many wonderful shops and restaurants. I highly recommend.

Nephews graduation

Family relatives age 88 to two months old gathered in Atlanta to celebrate nephews graduation. Had a beautiful lunch and evenings the place is magical with lights and a fire weather permitting. Everyone just could not have been more grateful for the energy of the space… it’s lovely!

Traveled to Atlanta for my daughters wedding - 8 adults. This home was PERFECT! Close to everything - fabulous kitchen and back yard. Beds were so comfortable. Back patio was so nice to relax on - house was not crowded with 8 adults - you could find your own little relaxing space. Loved it and will be back!
