Perfect location for access to the mountain. Great set up for 6+ people. Plenty of parking. The cabin had everything we needed plus some. Convenient location to town and restaurants.
Great place and location on the NV side, which appears to be less busy than CA side. If you get some fresh powder, you can even ski in and out on the road.
This condo was very spacious and right across the street from the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. The owner was very responsive and on top of everything. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great guests! We really appreciate guests like Tim's group. They can stay here anytime!
Place was great for a group of 8 of us. Enjoyed the balcony views with a cup of coffee in the morning and headed out to the mountain literally a few steps away. Place can use some maintenance and updating but all in all we enjoyed the stay.,
Our family and friends has an amazing time in Tahoe, this condo had everything we needed for the kids (loved the bunk beds) and adults- we cooked, did some laundry, and mostly spent time outdoors. The condo is walkable to the Tahoe Rim Trail which we took advantage of, and even walked a little ways from the property to watch fireworks on July 4th instead of fighting the crowds down by the lake. The community pool was great for the kids as well.
Eight of us stayed in this awesome Tahoe Village condo for 4 nights right before Christmas. With 4 adults and 4 kids, it was just the right amount of space and beds for us all. Rob was terrifically responsive and periodically checked in to make sure we were finding everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Thanks for staying with us, Arlene! Come back and stay anytime!
This is a fabulous place to stay for anyone skiing at Heavenly! The place is lovely -- it actually looks much nicer in person than in the pictures (which are fine but don't do justice to how lovely the place is). We lucked out by getting a big snow right before we came, so the Stagecoach Lift was open and several members of our party got to ski directly from there, which is just down the road. (Note that there are only blue trails from the Stagecoach lift, so it's not appropriate for newer skiers.) Rob was a great host and promptly answered the few questions we had. It could comfortably sleep 10 people in beds; we had 7 and it was spacious. Highly recommended!
A short walk to the slopes right above the stagecoach lift. Long set of stairs going down to the property. Very good views and clean set up. Overall a very good place to stay. Rob was very responsive of any of our needs.
Really a nice location with great access to slopes. Property was very comfortable and fully stocked. The ice maker is not hooked up, so pick up some ice on the way in. Only downside is the walk down the back yard hill to the slopes can be slippery, you may opt to walk around on the road.
This condo is part of a 4 condo chalet that we remembered staying at in the early 80s. It has been updated nicely and is very clean, cozy and accommodating. If we had timed our stay better (after the big snows) we would have had the perfect ski-in from Stagecoach, but the free Heavenly shuttle service runs every half hour and picked us up very close to the top of the stairs, to get to open lifts and return us. The owner is easy to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
We got extremely lucky with heavy snow that hit at the start of our week vacation in Tahoe, and we also lucked out in landing this rental. It's a classic vintage ski condo, not new luxury, but very comfy and well-equipped (down to the sleds and the DVD collection in the upstairs 'movie nook' where the kids hung out). Awesome communication throughout from the host. And the location was great, allowing us to ride down the hill on fresh snow to access the Stagecoach lift. Parking was convenient but note the long stairs to the lodge in case that's an issue for anyone in your party.

Great group of guests! Yes, we're on the hillside facing Stagecoach Olympic Run, so please be prepared for the stairs. Warning--you may be checking out with Olympic-class leg musculature!
We spent five nights at Robert’s Condo. It’s well laid out, and had plenty of room for four adult skiers. It has everything we needed and then some. The only downside is the hike up the stairs to the road. But, that comes with the territory. If you are planning to ski or ride, it’s an easy walk down the hill to Stage Coach Lift. At the end of the day, you are best off to finish at Boulder and catch a shuttle back. The drop off point is a short walk to the condo. Otherwise, it’s a bit of a hike back up the hill after a long day.
It was extremely clean and had lots of nice amenities. The really disappointing factor was our inability to use the upstairs room due to it being extremely hot and the air conditioning barely working. The other disappointing thing was the altitude maybe I should have checked prior. My daughter and I had a bloody nose every morning after sleeping.

Sorry Tess, but central A/C is extremely rare up the mountain, especially at ~7700 feet elevation. Actually, A/C is pretty much non-existent, even at Lake Tahoe lake level (6250 feet), which is considerably lower and much warmer.
As Tahoe summer evenings usually drop into the 40's and 50's, the summer is usually manageable at our place. We added a portable AC unit upstairs the week before your stay because of the recent record-breaking heatwave.
Guests need to definitely be cognizant of the altitude, especially when physically exerting at this elevation. Guests (and locals) always need to be careful, regardless of the season.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. The beds and furniture are very comfy. Close to slopes and what a nice view from the living room! The condo is very spacious. Owner was very communicative.
We always bring a fan when we rent a condo, but the owner provided many fans to help “weather” the one day that it was hot. The kitchen had relatively up-to-date glasses and dinner dishes. We would definitely stay there again!!
The pictures of this property do not do it justice. The place is bright and has beautiful views. The host communicated promptly and also provided special driving instructions which were incredibly helpful for find the property. Overall, a great place to stay!!
This home was perfect for our vacation needs. Rob answered all our questions while we prepared for the trip and the home had everything we needed for our stay.
We had a problem one day with the door not locking properly. We contacted him and he replied with a solution right away and the problem was solved.
Thanks Rob for sharing your mountain home with our family!
We stayed at this condo with extended family while exploring Lake Tahoe. The property is spacious even when fully occupied and offers pleasing views. There are three flights of stairs to access the property so be prepared for some exercise.

We purchased this property because we love this location--skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking--and the casinos are just minutes away. This is our personal family cabin, and we stay here as much as our schedules permit. We decided we want to share it with others. This condo has much new furniture, is recently painted, and features handmade log beds along with sweeping views of Heavenly's Stagecoach Lift/Olympic Run. We improve every time we have a chance. We are always available and have a local handyman standing by in case of any issues. Reviews available at
