Please note:
1) We currently can accommodate up to 10 daytime guests and 8 overnight guests per Douglas County.
2) That the kitchen, bathrooms and furniture have been upgraded since the video was
shot
3) AND, please note that the pool closes in the winter.
1700sq.ft. townhouse with 4 bedrooms (one bedroom is a walk-in sleeping loft with a queen bed overlooking the living room), 2 baths, indoor hot tub room, attached garage, 2 decks and an electric BBQ, Free clubhouse access to swimming pool, saunas, outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, etc..., sleeps 8.

We have a walk-up attached double garage with parking in front of our unit. You can also park a car in front of our garage (careful not to block the driveway for our neighbors. There are also TWO parking spaces across the driveway.
Please pick up a Lake Village parking pass and register all of your vehicles with the security office at Lake Village's Office (at the recreation center). They have nothing to do with the rental of the unit, but they regulate the parking and provide security services in the complex.
Also, you need to place a Douglas County parking pass in any vehicle parked outside. This pass is stored on the wall by the front door in a brochure holder.
Douglas County requires they be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of each permitted vehicle. The parking pass shall have the VHR permit number, license plate number of the vehicle, address of the rental unit, and a phone number for the person responsible for the vehicle. Failure to have the specified information on the parking pass is a violation of this code and may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
Quiet hours in Lake Village are 8pm - 8am.

I grew up spending much of my summers on the beaches of Lake Tahoe and the slopes of Heavenly Valley. In high school I spent several weeks each summer hiking Desolation Wilderness and the Tahoe-Yosemite Trail. I could not imagine a better excuse for a business than to have vacation rentals in Lake Tahoe - Now I have to go to Tahoe every couple of months 'whether I like it or not!'. We hope we can share our Tahoe with you.
Why they chose this property
Our home is in Lake Village. This has to be the most convenient location in all of Tahoe. You can walk to the beach or the casinos and yet the National Forest is right across the street.
Lake Village features private town homes nestled into a 56-acre, heavily wooded mountainside dotted with granite boulders and pristine forest surroundings. We provide all the amenities of home, with all the extras of a true resort. Our private clubhouse is outfitted with a seasonally heated pool, hot tub and saunas, and features outdoor tennis and unlimited biking and hiking possibilities.
