Shipmaster - Spacious 3BR, 3 Bath with Golf-View/Tennis/Pool/BEACH LOCKER

Located in Shipyard Plantation, 1001 Shipmaster is a bright 3 bedroom, 3 bath end unit townhome that has recently been completely updated. The villa, which feature a lagoon and golf views, is just a short 10-minute walk or 2 min bike ride to the Shipyard beach access. Shipmaster includes both a pool and tennis court (with pickleball painted lines) for use exclusively by owners and their guests.

**As an added convenience and bonus, our Guests are now welcome to use our Shipyard beach locker to store their beach gear during the week! You asked.....we delivered! :)

The entire villa is spacious and decorated in a comfortable coastal style with three master bedrooms:
Master Main - King, patio
2nd Floor Front Master - King and Twin, balcony
2nd Floor Rear Master - Two Full Beds, balcony

HHI has always meant fun, relaxing family time for us, so you will find our home complete with a full array of board/card games, movies and books that will add to a great family vacation!

We value our guests and their recommendations! Based on reviews, we added ceiling fans and large screen tv's to each bedroom, a new king mattress in main floor master, a king mattress in upstairs bedroom, patio set, and a new HVAC system.

We would love for you and your family to unwind, relax, make wonderful memories, and enjoy all that HHI has to offer!

Unfortunately, NO FISHING, E-BIKES or RV'S are allowed in Shipyard.

Beautiful villa. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating for everyone. Easy 15min walk to beach. Pool was nice. The kitchen was the most well stocked with cooking and serving dishes. We have stayed at many VRBOs and usually have to buy something that’s missing, but not this time. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family

Our stay was wonderful! Lynn was the best host. My Dad is a golfer so on the golf course was perfect. Lynn also provided great golf recommendations. Grab bars in downstairs bath and a bedroom downstairs is just what we needed for my Dad and Stepmom. Would like to stay again and highly recommend.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head but not our last. This home was so well equipped, was in the best location and Lynn couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. Shipyard is beautiful. Its quiet and beautifully maintained.

Great Location, Great Condo

I cannot say enough about this condo, the property, and how well Lynn communicated. We were a short 15 min walk (5 min bike ride) from the ocean. The condo was stylishly decorated and very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of seating for our party of 5. If I make it back to HHI again, I’ll look here first for accommodations!

Perfect getaway

This house was amazing. Spacious, clean and close to the Beach. Lynn was a fantastic host. She messaged me upon arrival to make sure we made it and didn't have any issues and we kept in communication throughout the trip. The house has everything you need for a beach getaway and the furniture is in great condition. I can't wait to come back !!

Perfect rental & vacation

If I was allowed to give 100 stars for this property & the owner, I would! Our vacation was perfection. The unit is exactly as described, but so much more. I’ve never stayed in a unit that was as homey feeling as this one. We had everything we needed supplied and then some! This rental is now the standard we will hold any others to. I also can’t speak highly enough of Lynn. She has a repeat vacationer in me for sure!

Didn’t let me down

Our stay was great. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. House was exactly as pictured. I would only suggest more detailed description of amenities upon check in. Host does give good tips but when you are new to the area you have no idea where “beach lockers” are as there are multiple beaches nearby. Parking was a little confusing because it’s right next to resort parking but overall was very pleased!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. A home away from home. The property was just beautiful. Everything was perfect! Cleaned immaculately with beautiful views of the golf course and convenient to the beach. Tastefully decorated and completely updated. Well acquainted kitchen. Very convenient that each bedroom had their own bathroom for privacy. We love the Shipyard community for our beach vacation but we have found the place to return to year after year! We did not want to leave!

Highly recommend this beautiful condo. The owner is so nice and helpful. Her condo has everything you need on your getaway to HHI. The kitchen is fully furnished and bright and open. The family room has plenty of seating with pottery barn style sofas, and the bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds. My husband and I also really appreciated the bicycles that were offered with the condo. Just a perfect getaway. Thank you, Lynn!

Another great family vacation

We've vacationed in Hilton Head for about 19 years, always in Shipyard, so we've stayed at many different condos, villas, and townhomes. This townhome is now one of our favorites. Our host, Lynn, reached out to us before, during, and after our trip to let us know she was willing to help with whatever we needed. As it turns out, we did not need anything because our townhome was well-stocked and met our every expectation. We had such a wonderful time and miss it already. What a fabulous property with excellent amenities and location! Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lynn’s lovely rental. She knew my mom is battling lung cancer and made some very helpful accommodations to help my mom’s stay be more enjoyable! The property is located in a beautiful gated community. The home is stocked well with anything you could need. The beach lockers spoiled us for the week! Not a ton of hauling chairs in and out of cars all week. Everything was better than expected. Amazing!

From beginning to end, this was a lovely experience! Lynn is so personable and responsive to messages. The condo is welcoming, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and completely appointed with so many details. We were in HH for my niece's wedding. We had some changes in the guest arrangements, and Lynn was very understanding. She and John even equipped us with blow-up mattresses and extra sheets in case some of the 20-something cousins stayed over. I would HIGHLY recommend #1001!
