LOCATION: The beautifully decorated condominium is conveniently located off Route 1, just 1.5 miles from the boardwalk. This property sits in an ideal location just 1 mile from Jungle Jim's Water Park, the Park and Ride, and a short 2.5-mile drive to Dewey Beach. You can enjoy tax-free shopping around the corner at Tanger Outlets or enjoy a bike ride on the Junction & Breakwater Trail, which is steps away from the community.
PARKING: Plenty of parking. They are not assigned.
AMENITIES: The Grande at Canal Pointe is a beautiful community with excellent amenities, including two pools, a playground, two community gyms, and clubhouses. Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, central AC, and ceiling fans.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel This community requires a seven-night reservation. Linens are not supplied. However, the host offers a linen rental package. No pets and no smoking!
