Welcome to Villa Del Mar 203! Convenience and comfort are at the heart of this second floor, 2-bedroom, 1 ½ bath condo. Please note, no pets/animals are allowed as per Condo Association By-laws.
Ideally located mid-island with a breath-taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Spectacular sunsets, swaying palm trees and 7 miles of sugar sand tropical beach awaits you.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the restorative views. Relax in the pool or build sandcastles on the beach; you may even be lucky enough to see dolphins swimming along the shore!
Enjoy the calm atmosphere of this 12-unit building where the pool beckons and you are steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida!
The Primary bedroom has a King-sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be modified to become a king. Both bedrooms have TV’s. There’s plenty of storage space for guests’ belongings in the large dressers and closets. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
The spacious living room, dining area and screened balcony/Lanai provide plenty of space to relax or enjoy your meals and the breath-taking view!
You will find the updated kitchen well-equipped and efficient to use. Publix Supermarket is just a five-minute walk away. There is a BBQ in the pool area, available for all guests to use.
You can enjoy the tranquility of the beach or catch the trolley in front of the condo up to Times Square and the Pier or down to Lovers Key State Park.
There are nature reserves and lots of activities to do on the island or nearby.
Enjoy our many great restaurants and beach bars. Bicycles, kayaks, canoes and more are available for rent from local businesses. You may want to take a sunset cruise, charter a boat, go fishing, take sailing lessons or go sailing, rent a wave runner, ride a para-sail, play volleyball, take a guided walk, go golfing or do Yoga on the beach.
Take in the spectacular Sand Sculpture competition in November, you will be totally amazed by the creations. There is so much to do or enjoy doing nothing at all.
Free parking and free High-Speed Internet provided. Laundry facilities are in the building.
7 day minimum from mid-April to mid-December. 14 day minimum from mid-December to mid-April, check in at 5:00 p.m. and out at 10:00 a.m.
Age requirement, 1 guest must be 30 years of age. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes and no pets as per condominium regulations.

Wonderful condo totally stocked with many extras. The owner stays in touch to make sure you are happy and have no issues. The building and grounds are secured with passcode entry. Quiet and peaceful outdoor area with a great heated pool. It is a great vacation spot!

Excellent property

Property was excellent could not ask for a better location. Just six or eight parking spaces from the beach. Host was very pleasant to work with and was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property and host to anyone.

A gem of a condo...

Pretty great stay. Our homeowner was super attentive to a small issue when we got here (all is well!) so we fell into a happy groove very soon after we arrived. The condo is gorgeous, the pool wonderful, the location could not be better. We hope to be back here next year! Thank you Susan!

Only 1.5 bath not 2 full baths

Overall we enjoyed our stay and Susan has just about anything you could want. The one thing we were disappointed in was that it is not a full 2 bath. It is actually 1.5. Four women had to share one shower which made it a little inconvenient, and there is only one towel per guest for a week. Be prepared to wash towels in coin operated washers and dryers.

That field is auto filled by VRBO, unfortunately, I don't have any control over that. I have asked VRBO to correct the formatting. Our Property Description states 2 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. I have now moved that sentence from the 3rd line to the 1st, so that it is more easily noticed. We provide 1 set of bath linens per guest, as is customary, 1 face, 1 hand and1 bath towel as well as an additional set in the Powder Room closet. We also provide 1 Beach towel per guest, beyond customary. We strive to provide an enjoyable environment for our guests. I am sorry that you hadn't noticed that our condo is 1 1/2 baths and were disappointed by that. I am glad that overall you enjoyed your stay and I hope that you have fond memories of your stay with family and friends. Wishing you well, Susan

Right on the beach!😎

We loved the location of this condo...right on the beach! We also loved the screened in balcony. There was plenty of seating on the balcony and a table where we ate all of our meals. Another plus for us was that there is a grill that is shared with the condos in the complex. It was easy to swing by the store because it is just minutes away. The beds were comfortable and the guests in the building were quiet. (Except for some kids having fun in the pool.) We didn't spend much time in the pool but it was nice. The condo could use some more minor supplies such as a good nonstick pan, more dishwasher soap and toilet paper. We were down to a half roll by the time we left for the two bathrooms. Other than those small complaints, we would stay there again. We appreciated that Susan was easy to contact and very responsive when we had questions.

Picture perfect ? YES ! YES ! and YES !

Before deciding on this unit, I checked and I checked and I checked listing after listing in FTM and Naples. Yet kept coming back to this one. And the choice was the right one! Here is why: Location - on the beach, away from the busy, loud area and close enough to get there if one decides to go have a meal pretty much at any time. Size - perfect for spending a shorter or longer vacation. While the kitchen is small, it is very well stocked and has more storage that one might guess. The refrigerator is spacious. The stove is regular sized (gas). And there is a dishwasher. What is really commendable is that any items that one normally has at home one can find in the cupboards! Dining area - there is a round table with 4 chairs and well sufficiently spacious for 4 people to enjoy a meal. Living room while not very big, has a couch and a loveseat as well as a large lounge chair. Balcony ( lanai) is wide and long and super pleasant to spend time on it. One can have meals on the lanai since there is a table with 4 chairs around it , or simply sip coffee and any other drinks while seated in very comfortable patio furniture. Master bedroom - perfect size - with access to the lanai . King size bed and 2 nightstands as well as a dresser all fit in the room and it does not fill crowded at all. Bathrooms are on the small size but perfectly usable even for a very tall and big husband like mine. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted into a one larger bed. Cleanliness - VERY CLEAN apartment ! The host - I cannot speak highly enough of the host ! Every single time I reached out I had an answer within 5-10 min and with proper clarifications and level of details that made everything easy-peasy. This was extremely pleasant because it removed all the worries from my mind. Our host put my mind at ease from the minute we arrived and settled in for our vacation. Oh, and yes, there is an assigned parking spot at the building so no worries about that either. Overall , I wholeheartedly recommend this specific condo and host to anyone that is looking for a comfortable, peaceful, worry free , at the beach vacation. If you look for a cookie cutter new build condo , this is not it. But if you look for something that is charming, clean, perfectly well equipped, even more perfectly well located 2 bedroom place with a home feel then this is exactly that, For me and my husband, this is where we would come back next time we vacation in the area.

We fell in love

This condo and location are everything you’d hope to find and more. Everything is as “advertised”, clean, organized and cozy. I couldn’t get over the views from the deck (also living room and master bedroom), it’s like a post card, absolutely beautiful. You can hear and see the ocean while laying in the master bedroom, (which has a very comfortable mattress, btw). The walk to the beach is so short, it’s great when you have kids that like to go back and forth from the beach to the pool!

Fort Myers Beach Get Away

Truly a wonderful condo with a perfect location to Times square ocean front and a Publix within a 5 minute walk.The beds were super comfy and had a updated kitchen. The owner was more than amazing . She was very helpful and easy to reach. I would 100% stay here again.

Amazing stay, Susan was the best.

We stayed at Susan’s condo for a week at the beginning of June and it was fantastic. The place is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels and chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach. Her condo is right on the beach and the views are amazing , we loved waking up and seeing the ocean from the bedroom window. The pool is great as well , it’s heated so it’s a great place to hang out after a day at the beach. The inside of the condo is beautifully decorated and very modern. We had a small Issue with the dishwasher , but Susan did everything she could to remedy the situation and answered all my texts immediately, she is very friendly and easy to talk too. The issue we had did not prevent us from enjoying our time there. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach trip, thank you Susan for making our vacation great, we will be back.

Week at the Beach

Fantastic view, great location, very conveniently located to amenities. Nice beach that wasn't crowded so no issues staying distant from others. Condo was neat & clean with good communication with owner. Kitchen well stocked with any/all utensils you could need to call our home for a week. It's a quieter stay and more friendly, with just 12-15 condos to the building. 2 minute walk to the beach from the building and pool is gated so only people staying there can use it. Owner is very responsive/kind. Condo is even nicer than pictures show and very comfortable. Sitting on lanai is delightful. My 20 and 30 year Olds enjoyed it as well as I did at 57.great family stay. Roughly 1 block from grocery store. Definitely recommend. I hope to go back sometime again.

Amazing!

This condo on the beach had it all... quiet location, easy and secure access, warm pool, and just steps to the soft sand beach. The owner was so kind and responsive to questions and the unit itself had everything we needed... every kitchen cooking and serving item imaginable plus beach chairs and umbrellas. Such a great trip!! Thanks, Susan for sharing your place!!
