Super location overlooking the beach and Gulf. Plenty of birds to watch. Very convenient for the nearby Publix and restaurants outside of ‘downtown’ Fort Myers Beach with its large number of places to eat. A very relaxing stay.

We had a great time and will be back. 1104C has perfect views. We had daily visits with dolphins, ospreys and 1 manatee! The condo is fully equipped with beach chairs,canopy and noodles.

This condo was the perfect place for our week vacation. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed and had everything we needed. The view was great with amazing sunsets. We found some of best seashells and a small sand dollar. There were 2 decent size crabs, yes alive, walking on the beach. We saw 2 ospreys that visited next door’s condos and a bald eagle land next door. I had wonderful communication with the hosts. They made sure we knew the rules, including the ones regarding the turtles. They provided their phone numbers in case we had questions or concerns. It was easy to get in and out of the building, pool and room. We felt very safe which means a lot nowadays. I would definitely recommend. We hope to be back again soon.

This beautiful condo was exactly what we were looking for! King sized comfy bed, full kitchen and bathroom, spectacular views from the balcony, and easy beach access. They also had beach equipment such as an umbrella, cart, chairs and more that made our stay perfect. The communication with the hosts was excellent. The area was pretty low key, away from the busier town area, which we also appreciated. We loved our stay and would stay again!!

The location was great. The view was amazing. We ate in couple of days so we could enjoy the ocean and watch the dolphins. Would come back again but need a place for my dog. You will love the place.

This condo is a favorite, and our 3rd time staying there. The balcony view is priceless, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. There are beach chairs and beach umbrella, which we used everyday. We did purchase a little larger cooler the last time we were there, and hoped it would be there still,it was not. We did purchase another cooler and we gave it away to another couple. We will be back again and again. This is the perfect place. I give 10 out of 5 stars.

My wife and I wanted a Christmas getaway, and the stay at this condo in Fort Myers was great choice. The host made checking in and out a breeze. The actual condo itself was in great condition and we enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

The view was amazing!!! Loved the comfortable chairs on the balcony!!! Our stay was very comfortable, and can't think of anything else we would have needed. One of the beach chairs was broken so I contacted Mike, the host, and he responded right away. We were able to get a replacement right away, which was much appreciated as we spent everyday on the beautiful beach. It was an amazing, relaxing week!!! So happy we found this wonderful place to enjoy fun in the sun!!!
