Great place for kids of all ages! Host was kind and communicated well. Could have been a bit cleaner but also it’s a cabin in the woods so it’s never going to be spotless. My family had a great time. Price was perfect for quality and fun provided.

Great place for relaxing and resting, with plenty to do if you so choose. We arrived after dark and it was incredibly hard to find. We passed it 3 times before finally seeing it. Recommend getting there before dark.
The property was perfect and exactly as described! It’s located in a lovely, well-established small community. We spotted lots of elk and cows, and we drove through the beautiful back woods. The house and property were well-stocked with everything we needed. We had several teen boys, and they absolutely loved the property layout and their stay, which included a large loft above the main bedrooms. The bathrooms were both very large and well-stocked. I’d definitely stay here again.
I think the owner may want to fire his cleaning crew. The windows needed work. Greg was an excellent host. We didn't get to roast marshmallows due to the javelina invasion. The kids enjoyed the tree house and little river. We let rubber ducks have a race.
A great house. The perfect balance of rustic and easy to live in. The property has a huge loft where we were able to comfortably sit all the kids. The outside was a dream with a treehouse, fire pit, land to roam. The house was well equipped with essentials (pots, pans, coffee maker, laundry room, etc…) so we didn’t need to bring much. It’s close to hiking and not too far from town, but far enough out that it felt like you left everything behind. A true restorative escape.
This is an amazing cabin, and in the perfect location right by the Water Wheel hike! We had a great time staying in a real log cabin, and just loved all the amenities! We’d definitely stay here again!
Greg was so fast at responding. The trampoline was torn ,he wasn’t aware. But he was having it replaced for the nextRenters..The house was stocked w any and everything you needed.. Ww brought all our toilet paper, paper towels, plates, forks, everything we needed so we didn’t have to use dishes. But they were there.Beds were comfortable..
Beautiful cabin home could use better cleaning was really dusty and the treehouse for kids seems very unsafe for smaller kids. Other then that was a nice cabin
We had a wonderful time at this cabin! All three of my boys didn’t want to leave—they loved the dart game, basketball hoop, game room, fire pit, and waterfall feature. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly, which made our stay even better. The host was great to communicate with and made everything easy. Such a peaceful, beautiful place full of fun for the whole family. We would definitely come back!
We have been staying here since 2022 and always have a great time. Our 5 grandkids love coming here as there is so much for them to do! One tip for newbies is bring your own ping pong balls. They get lost in the game room. We have a pack of 6 we bought in 2022 and we bring them every time. We also bring a basketball!
Kids had fun, toddler gate was available for the stairs, the manmade stream was great easy to use. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and pots pans coffee maker, and clean dishes and covers.
