This is a beautiful house in a great location to explore this part of AZ. Check in was seamless, the house had everything we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Great place! Plenty of beds for everyone and the projector was great to watch videos with everyone. We played lots of games and had a great time. They provided a few snacks and a coffee/tea bar which everyone enjoyed. The location is great—walking distance from a nice river trail. Would definitely reccomend!

Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodations, the patio was like being in a treehouse and oh so quiet. Steps away from the river and hiking trails. Surrounded by nature but only a few minutes drive into Payson. The projection screen was a breeze to operate and the kitchen had everything you would need for a weekend visit. Bedrooms were cozy and everything was so clean and tidy. A return visit is in my future!

One of the best rentals we have stayed in. The hosts really thought of the needs of their travelers and it made our trip so much easier. The kitchen is stocked with spices and all the basics you need. Plenty of blankets and pillows, extra toilet paper, etc. We often bring our own extras of everything as we are barely left with much as a family of 5 during a weeks stay so it was nice to not worry. Great area, and the home is so warm and welcoming while also being updated a bit. We had a great time and definitely recommend this home.

Absolutely above and beyond our expectations! This home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The hosts have truly thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. The peaceful walk down to the river was such a wonderful bonus — we can’t recommend this place enough!

Quick Work Retreat

Awesome patio in a unique and fun house. The location is very different than what you would think of in Payson or Pine. River is a one minute walk. Enjoyed our time!

Payson retreat

Very nice house with great quiet location. Good access down the road to the river. Only negative was when I searched I included hot tub as required which the listing did say it had however we were unable to locate one on the property. Otherwise great and we will totally stay here again next time we are in Payson.

Such a great location for taking walks and enjoying being outdoors. The downstairs bedroom didn’t work out for us because I was running down every night to “save” the kids from a spider or a cricket etc, but we made it work with everyone upstairs, where everything was just lovely.

Loved staying here! Had everything we needed. Plenty of ceiling fans all over the house. Only negative thing we can say is that it would have been nice to know there was no air conditioning in the "bunkroom." Aside from that, everything was great!

We had an amazing stay! Having the creek right next to the property was so peaceful and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The home had everything we needed, and it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be booking this property again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay! River is a stone's throw away - so much beauty! Just a quick two minute walk and you're in green green forest with a creek/river running by. So many birds, squirrels and even mule deer! House is large and well kept - too many porches/patios/outdoor seating areas to count! Highly recommend. Wonderful hosts - excellent communicators!
