Very clean and perfect for pets. We had issues with the hurricane lock on the front door, but upon notifying the host, someone was sent to replace it within the hour! We would definitely stay again!

Great little villa. Loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. Great vacation overall. There needs to instructions for the TV’s. Everything was perfect and we plan to stay again here next year, hopefully. Very pet-friendly!! We hated to leave!

Our family and fur baby had an amazing trip! The house is adorable and steps away from beach access. We loved morning coffee on the roof top deck and evenings in the hammock and playing corn hole.

Our stay at the Perfect Beach Cottage was awesome. The home was just as it was advertised. It was very comfortable, well supplied and had great amenities. The proximity to the beach out front and the beautiful marsh out back was so peaceful! We also appreciated their welcoming of four legged family members. We would love to come stay here again.

The house was great. We enjoyed having the beach view, as well as the marsh in back. It's a beautiful, quiet part of the island that we loved.

We loved our stay at the Perfect Cottage! It was the ideal place to relax and unwind. We had a hard time choosing our favorite spot — the front deck with its peek of the ocean, the screened-in porch overlooking the marsh, or the Adirondack chairs by the boat dock in the backyard. Every spot was peaceful and beautiful in its own way.

Great Property

Our stay was great. The location is great and the walk to the beach is short. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. This place is great for a small family or a couple that wants to get away.

Beautiful setting

We enjoyed quick assess to the beach, backyard on the marsh and breezy porch. The cottage is comfortable and fully equipped for cooking. It’s a great place to enjoy Folly Beach.

Fantastic Folly Beach Home!

This is a great property to stay at. Wonderful views over the tidal marsh each evening as the sun set, just steps away from the beach. Everything you could ask for! Highly recommended.

Love love!

We had an amazing vaca and loved this home! It is a short walk to the ocean and the backyard was perfect for our pups! Very clean and well maintained. Folly Beach is a very quaint town and Charleston was only a short drive away.

Beach Getaway Fun

A perfect beach cottage! Lots of outdoor space to play or read a good book on the screen porch. Beautiful views from the upper deck and steps from the beach! TVs in every room and all the conveniences of home!

Wonderful property

This house is wonderful but it is the outdoor space that is spectacular : fenced yard, roof deck, screened porch, dock and front porch. Everything you need for Fun and comfort while traveling with your family pet.
