One of Folly's Best! This charming 2 bedroom 2 full bath cottage has sweeping picturesque views of the Folly River and is just two short blocks from the beach. Situated on the 8th block of East Cooper you have the ultimate oasis with two full length porches rockers and hammocks to laze the day away. Inside you will find two queen beds one sleeper sofa and two full baths. The kitchen has a panoramic view of the river and offers the chef of your party plenty of room to prepare fabulous meals! The driveway will fit up to four cars and the yard is fully fenced. This home is the perfect place to getaway from it all in your own private paradise!

Cute cottage with a beautiful marsh view. While the home is a bit dated, you can’t beat the spacious back porch. We spent most of our time there enjoying the breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and it was super easy to get to the restaurants and shops. The property management company was easy to communicate with and the check-in/checkout process was simple. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was fantastic, very short walk directly to the beach access. House was just what we needed for a quick getaway weekend, and pet friendly with the fenced yard. Would definitely stay again.

Spring getaway

We loved our stay at the Beach Bungalow. Whether relaxing on the back deck, popping over to the beach, strolling into town for food and live music, or driving to both ends of the island for birdwatching and sunset gazing, the little house was the perfect home base. Can’t wait to come back.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Folly. A few steps to the beach, a short walk to the restaurants and yet still private, quiet and peaceful. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Relaxing Get Away

I had a wonderful time at Folly Beach! The home was positioned in the most perfect location. I could view the gorgeous waterway but was also only 2 blocks from the beach. The downtown area was very walkable. Rita’s Restaurant as well as the small shops were such a treat!

Great views and location

Our stay exceeded expectations. This is a such a great home that has the elements of the classic Folly vibe, modernized for a comfortable stay. Breakfast on the back deck overlooking the marsh was a treat each morning. Very short walk to the beach. Located in a quiet part of Folly with less traffic for walking, biking, or scootering. All the elements which made for a great stay. Checking in was very smooth and felt very well taken care of. Will definitely have this location high on the return list.

Great location and quiet bungalow

A comfortable place to relax and unwind. Very close to the beach and more than enough room to let pups run around in the backyard. There's a wonderful table in the dining room to play board games and make memories. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house!

The house was PERFECT for me, my teenage daughter and 3 corgis. Lovely house, very clean and quaint, and fenced in yard for the dogs was great. VERY short walk to the beach and wonderful location. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this house.

Perfect pet friendly home

Clean, easy walk to the beach with children, beautiful view, comfortable accommodations. My one suggestion is that the pullout sofa bed is only suitable for children. We would definitely book this home again.

Great bungalow, perfect location and great for dogs

This was a perfect stay for our family of 4 plus our pup. The location was perfect - just a couple of blocks from the beach and about 1 mile to downtown Folly. The house itself was perfectly arranged, with all the kitchen amenities to cook our Thanksgiving meal! The back porch and fenced in yard was where we stayed most of the time. The view and letting the pup roam was just perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Favorite spot yet!

We have stayed at folly many times but this has been the best house! Only a quick walk to the beach with excellent views of the river from the back deck. Very private fully fenced in yard. The dogs loved looking out from the deck to the quiet street and river below. Everything inside was modern, clean, and exactly what we needed for a getaway.

Great Beach House in Folly

House was clean, had plenty of linens, and dishes for cooking. Check in and out processes were very easy and straightforward. The team there was great to work with when we had questions. Location is perfect. Short walk straight down the street to the beach and backyard overlooking the marsh was beautiful to watch sunsets from the covered back deck. Overall a fantastic stay for our family get a way weekend.

Folly cottage week

We had a great week. It is our 2nd stay at this cottage. It is in great proximity to the beach and is the perfect size for our family. We love that we can bring our pup! Even the one hurricane day didn't bother us. We didn't lose power and the water receded quickly.

Such a pretty place

It was just as expected. They provided us with the standard amenities. An older place but well maintained. Short walk to Folly Beach. Lovely neighborhood. March is the backyard. Never dos need to talk to the property managers. Felt so at home. Thank you to the owner!!
