About this space
You will love this beautiful studio condo, conveniently located on the beach and walking distance to all the local dining and shopping imaginable!
The pool is open from Memorial weekend through the end of September. Outdoor shared grills. Bicycle racks available. Large shared lawn on the beach front with lounge chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Upfront seats for a perfect 4th of July and unforgettable sunrise! No beach towels provided.
The space
There is one assigned parking spot. Quiet time is from 10p-7a.
Guests are allowed to park in front of the a bike rack area for a bit while they off load their bags.
Please note that the unit does face the swimming pool next door.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo during your stay and may self check-in with a private door code.
Free Wifi. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until the end of September. There are pool rules posted near the pool area.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
