Ground floor: large living room of 70m2, a sofa, a sofa bed, 2 large tables, 2 coffee tables. Fully equipped American kitchen, bar-counter. A bedroom with 2 twin beds, an independent WC, a bathroom with sink and Italian shower. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 baby bed; 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 child bed and a terrace; 1 solarium with 2 sofa beds and one
  another terrace independent from that of the bedroom; an independent WC, a bathroom with basin and Italian shower. 3 TV, a mini Hi-Fi system. All inclusive: mattress pads, pillows, duvets, tea towels, tablecloths, towels ... Sheets not included, possibility of rental on site. Electric shutters on all openings and bay windows. Beach and famous fishing site just outside. Many fine sandy beaches in the vicinity. Kite-Surf spot and windsurfing in Pont-Mahé (Loire Atlantique) two minutes away. Guérande (salt marshes) 20 minutes away. La Baule 25 minutes (TGV). Ideal location for a seaside stay of two to eight people (maximum 6 adults, 4 children). Pets are welcome
