Come and enjoy a stay in this 103 m2 house in Le Pouliguen (6 people maximum) to relax and get a change of scenery! This house offers a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a great holiday.
Its large bay window makes the main room (kitchen + living room) a pleasant place. You will find a living room, ideal for relaxing in front of the television. Fireplace for the winter.
The kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, Thermomix food processor, washing machine.
Once night falls, you can rest in one of the three bedrooms of the house upstairs, all equipped with 2-seater beds (140x19) - possibility of a baby cot.
The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower. WC on the ground floor.
Its 446 m2 garden and its swimming pool (8x3.5) heated from mid-May to the end of September invite you to share good meals or sunbathe. Large terrace to enjoy the view of the pool.
A barbecue is at your disposal. 1 parking space. This furnished apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi access.

Family friendly home with heated pool

Lovely house with covered, warm pool. 1.5km walk to Pougilien which has a great market, shops and a good swimming beach. Easy driving links to lots of picturesque local towns and beaches. Has its own driveway.
