This fabulous one of a kind studio apartment is truly a wonderful retreat! You’ll love my place because of the privacy, the location,the ambiance, and the outdoors space. Its an open space with beautiful floors, lots of natural lights and black out curtains for privacy light control. Permit STP20-00003,

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here! Communication with the host, parking, and check-in were all easy. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The space was clean and fresh and the beach chairs and umbrella available for use were a thoughtful amenity. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Very nice and quiet place to stay in a nice neighborhood very close to the beach. Everything was so lovely and so cozy. Although our stay was short, we look forward to staying at Miriam’s place on our next visit!

So relaxing - we hated to leave the property!

This little studio is a hidden gem! My husband and I loved it. The charming place came ready with everything you might need for a comfy stay. We opened the door in the morning to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, listen to the birds and enjoy the beautiful back yard. We are so thrilled to have found this special place with close proximity to our family and all the fun things to do in this beach community. And the owners are wonderful. We will be back!

This was our third stay here. Miriam is a great host. The studio is always spotlessly clean and well-equipped. I would strongly recommend this for anyone looking for a place to stay in the West Torrance area.

My husband and I live in the main house with our two lovely parrots. We are very quiet and private people, and not intrusive. My husband works at a university and I work from home. We like to hike, power walk, novice astronomers, and I love to crochet.

Why they chose this property

We picked this property because is in a great neighborhood so close to Redondo, Manhattan, and Hermosa beach. The school district here is superb. The beach area is a more laid back and casual environment, so it fits our personalities, plus the location is perfect! You can do so much around this area from going to a mall to driving 5 minutes to go to the beach to driving 15 minutes and going hiking right on the beach in Palos Verdes Estates. We have an abundance of choices of restaurants and bars to go to within a 2 mile radius. Weather is the best too, not too hot and not too cold.

What makes this property unique

Private entrance to a Studio apartment so we may never see each other. We are close to beach, restaurants and bars in a very popular location in Southern California.
There is a beautiful private patio in between the main house and the studio that you are more than welcome to use.
