The home was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay here. If I had one critique, it would be that the upstairs bathroom was small. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, and there was plenty of space in the rest of the home.

We enjoyed staying at this classic cottage for 3 nights. The host was quick to reply to our messages and was very accommodating. We especially enjoyed the awesome backyard and bbq/outdoor kitchen island. It was a little too cold to make use of the pool and Jacuzzi but both were clean and readily available for use.

Great place and a great location for us. The pool is not heated and the hot tub has some heating issues the first 2 days but was handled promptly by the host. Cute and charming place otherwise.

Our family had a fantastic time at this place. Perfect location! The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely backyard. Pool was a little chilly but the hot tub was nice to have as an option when the pool was too cold for the little ones ! We can't wait to come back!

The house is in a charming quiet neighborhood close to the water. The house itself has so much charm and is very relaxing. The beds are also very comfortable to fall into after a long day of exploring or beaching. Check-in and out was painless and owners respected your privacy. Will 100% be staying here next time I'm in SoCal.

Wonderful place

We had a great time at this place--it was as described. Lots of light coming into the living room/dining room area--central to our get-togethers. We enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and pool. I walked down to the beach or explored the beautiful neighborhood every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in a well-equipped house.

Great stay in a lovely and very well-equipped cottage. The house had everything we needed for a stay of 7 days as a family with two kids. The location was, although not that close to the sea, in a very nice quiet neighbourhood. The house in itself was cosy and had a wonderful atmosphere. We would stay here again if we were in the area and needed a home away from home.
