Good location on Ocean drive

The beach is a short walk away. Hosts supplied chairs and umbrella. Close to many restaurants and music clubs…but no close that you hear the music late at night. Restaurant on main level of hotel has very good breakfast and lunch options.

Stunning Views of the City

I was simply blown away by the unit I stayed in! The views of the city of Miami are unparalleled, especially at night. The unit is located at one of the best parts of South Beach- literally, a one minute walk away from the legendary Espanola Way. The rooftop hot tub and seating is next level. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom area is elegant and spacious. I cannot recommend this space enough!

My BFF and I stayed recently here for 4 nights. I was a repeat. Guess I have stayed here before. I like this place because of its location I find it convenient and it’s close enough to the action without being right in the middle of the action if that makes sense. The beach is a block away and never have trouble finding a spot to put my towel down. The bed is comfortable and I enjoy sitting on the terraces because there’s two and just watching people and the gorgeous sunrises. The shower is awesome and there is a separate vanity area for make up so my girlfriend and I were able to not be on top of each other trying to get ready every day. I will be back.’

South beach getaway

First if you’re looking for location then this is 10/5 stars. The hotel has great amenities and if you don’t need anything or need to contact the host/management. Then book it. The place was gently cleaned but the floor was sandy and the beach supplies( chairs are broke and we didn’t know until getting all the way to beach. The hot tub? Well let’s just say used bay tub, it is stained and all the handles are broke, the heat doesn’t work and we were told the last night to just fill with hot water and tune the jets on. Well that all good until 10 mins go by and the water is Luke warm. The deck area is nothing like the pics. No awning or cushions and the the roof doesn’t drain so their was about 2 inches to rain water the whole time we were there. The bed is comfortable and getting in contact with anyone isn’t going to happen. So beware at your own risk. We will definitely be back but will look for something else in the area.

While the top-notch location allowing walking access to many stores, nice restaurants and luxury hotels, the cleanliness of this particular condo/hotel had something to be desired. First impressions, the hotel lobby smelled horrible (mixture of various types of mildew and trash). We asked the front desk person what was going on, and they didn't really have an answer. In the condo itself, while it did smell like laundry/clean, there was mildew in the shower. We were supplied very small tubes of body wash, but there was no hand soap anywhere. Also, the hot tub had the black grips pulling up and looked like it had seen better days, so we decided to skip using it. The rooftop deck was nice. In general, the location is great, but it just seemed like the cleaning crew very quickly turned it over and didn't actually clean the condo well.

The room was dirty with mold and left behind underwear. Items didn't work including the hot tub.

The room was dusty, moldy, sticky, and had dirty underwear that had been left and not disposed of. There were no instructions for filling the hot tub. There was no plug for the hot tub. The roof lights and hot tub jets/lights didn't work. When we tried to contact the property about our problems it took 16 hrs to get a response that maintenance would be out to check on the lights. Maintenance never came to fix anything. Our only other communication was them trying to get us to extend our stay through for half price per additional night. We never spoke with a person regarding the property. Only received messages through vrbo app. I will never stay in a property run by Skyrun rental agency again. They are awful!

While the overall location in South Beach is nice, the unit itself is in disappointing condition. Hot tub on the rooftop is dirty and not in an acceptable condition for use which was one of the main reasons my wife and I picked this location. Lights on rooftop also don't work properly, light switch seems compromised. Wife found hair in the bed, seems like cleaning crew didn't really do a good job. Ceiling paint in shower is peeling, cabinet door handles are sticky, etc. Lastly, directions did not include pin code to enter the unit, had to call service on arrival. Parking was cash only, $150 for 3 days. Parking garage attendant stated that credit card machine is down and that there is an atm inside if we don't have that much on hand, which we thankfully did. This seemed kinda sketchy. Only one of two elevators works to get to penthouse floor which led to excessive wait time to get to our room. Would not book again or recommend to others.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was the absolutely perfect place for me and my wife to visit South Beach for the first time! Located right by the most fun and interesting part of Ocean Drive, next to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. and right by the beach. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella every day. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was updated, and the rooftop patio was AMAZING. Would definitely stay here again!

Straddled between Collins and Ocean Avenue you have the Best of both Worlds, Top rated restaurants, Shopping & nightlife with walking distance and dip your toes in the Gorgeous Ocean just steps away??? The first floor comes with everything! mini Fridge, microwave, amazing Espresso machine and a Bathroom that is just Heaven-Full Marble Floor with all the Luxury Amenities ? But the real Treat...is the Terrace Hot tub, that’s right your heard me right, you have your very own private (fits about 4-6 people) HOT Tub) And there’s a second Mini Fridge for refreshing and Fantastic lounger you watch the Gorgeous Sunsets! This Penthouse Condo has it all including extremely comfortable Bedding ? This is a Definite Luxury Destination ?

I booked this penthouse for 2 nights during Art Basel. The reservation staff (Leidy) was extremely helpful and gave me a nice discount for booking direct. The apartment is like a very nice hotel room with the added bonus of a beautiful balcony overlooking the city (with a tiny peek view of the ocean over the neighbor's wall. The bed, shower, bathroom and lounges were all very comfortable and spacious. The jacuzzi tub was not functioning. We could fill it with hot water, but the controls weren't working. All in all, we had a great stay.

Management was so great with late check in and any need we requested. Located in Z Hotel the management of hotel was less helpful and really didn’t support individual owners like Sky Run which was not best practice for them. The team at Sky Run however were top quality and will be back!!! Thanks

This condo is located directly in South Beach. It is close to everything. The unit was very clean. Comfy bed was very welcoming. The outdoor terrace area was amazing. We had an issue with the hot tub but the property manager came right away and got it fixed. He was very good with communicating with me. I look forward to staying at this unit on future dates to South Beach!!

Highly recommend dinner or just a drink to look around the Versace Masion - Casa Causarina Hotel!! 5 min walk south! Easy access to Beach and Ocean or quiet lounging at the Pool.
