This new unit offers you the best location in the community across from the pool and hot tub, with ample room for parking. Wake up to freshly made coffee provided by your Keurig maker. Enjoy grilling on the gas BBQ, while sitting in the private outdoor patio with afternoon and evening shade. No caps or worries on internet speeds - unlimited 1 gigabit (1GB) internet speeds are provided by fiber for all your streaming needs.
This townhome has a two-car garage to secure all vehicles and toys. The ground level includes a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and private flat-screen TV. There is enough kitchen seating with a combination of dining table and breakfast bar. The spacious living area contains a gas log fireplace, sofa, and 50" flat screen with cable TV. Washer and Dryer and half bathroom are also located on the ground floor.
The two upstairs bedrooms are each furnished with queen beds and flat screen TV's. A full bathroom is also located on the top floor. The loft overlooks the living area and has an oversized CordaRoy's Chenille Bean Bag that turns into a very comfortable bed. (Pull-out couch in the living room as well. Sheets are provided in the unit for either one/not for both)
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
This is a corner unit - The garage depth is 19 FT and the height is 7 FT 10 IN. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Spacious property with ample room for our party of eight. Location was good—close enough to town while being quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner.
This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The place is well stocked, location was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, townhouse was clean. It felt like a home. We wouls absolutely stay there again!

A very big, nice place for the family to stay during a quick trip to Moab. Close enough to town for convenience, and far enough away for quiet peaceful evenings.
What a great spot! We used this charming townhouse as a home base for exploring the town of Moab, hikes on Highway 128, and of course Arches and Canyonlands. The easy access to the pool was a gift on hot afternoons and their hospitality was beyond! They have thought of everything you need!
My family did a quick Thanksgiving getaway and this was the perfect space for us to spread out or all be in the same space.

This house was so great for our family. The girls loved the decorated rooms. We all loved being able to walk right out the garage to the pool. I love that it is close enough to all of the attractions, shops, and restaurants without the noise and traffic of "downwn". The house was very clean with the exception of the HVAC air return vent. We vacuumed it, and were fine. We would highly recommend staying here!
Very clean, very well furnished, and equipped. Was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights while we visited the nearby national parks.
Quiet and spacious. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool which was a nice way to end the day.

This townhome was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and all small details were provided. Perfect location and good communication. Will stay here again!

This condo is exceptional on all levels. The kitchen has everything, it was super clean and very comfortable! The game loft was a fun end of day card game spot. We enjoyed it and would recommend to others!
Was an ideal spot for our family. We were able to explore both Arches and Canyonlands pretty easily from here. The pool is very close and they have 2 pools and a hottub. Really clean and I like that they provided towels (both bath and pool ones) and toiletries and the kitchen had a lot of items in it as well.

My family had a wonderful time in this property. The house itself was very homey and had everything you need. It even had toys for the kids and games for the adults which kept everyone happy and having fun. The pool was right across the street which was very convenient. There was also a small playground my kids enjoyed. Overall it was a great stay

Super clean, very comfortable beds and enough space for 5 people to enjoy privacy.
This unit is close to the entrance, to trash and also to the pool and playground which was really great.
