About this property

Beautiful Mexican Style Condo

My condo is cozy, intimate and unique. It is a corner unit on the 6th floor with a wrap around balcony, lots of light and lovely views. The furniture is traditional hacienda style with bright fabrics. I supply quality linens, bath towels, rugs and have 4 large beach towels for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully loaded with lots of Mexican glassware and dishes, plenty of utensils and cookware, Microware oven, Blender, Toaster, Mr. Coffee and Keurig Coffee machines. I provide coffee filters and in my freezer you will find Mexican ground coffee, turbinato sugar, coffee-mate creamer and a small supply of K-Cups (you can pack your favorites :). I have also just installed a new Char-Broil propane grill on the balcony for those who like to BBQ.

There is a water filtration system that purifies water throughout the unit. There is also a ceramic water cooler with drinking water and I provide beer and bottled water for your arrival.

A new mini-split air conditioning system has just been installed in the living room and bedroom that will keep you as cool as you like. I have high speed wifi internet and large LG Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom for watching movies on Netflix, etc.

The heated pool and jacuzzi areas are tropical and lovely with plenty of lounge chairs, a pool bar and restaurant called La Palapa Bar & Grill where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have a rec room with comfortable indoor seating, ping pong, pool table, large flat screen TV and an honor library where you can take or exchange a book for your visit.

Our on-site concierge, Elly, can set up all of your activities, reservations and fishing expeditions. Should you return with a proud catch the La Palapa has an exclusive service for owners and guests. They will prepare your catch in a variety of ways from ceviche, to coconut breaded to grilled, and everything in between to create a memorable meal for you and your guests.

The Marina Sol is a safe, gated community with exterior gates to the beach and restaurants accessible until 9 pm. After 9 pm access is through the front lobby where we have security guards on staff 24/7.

Excellent relaxing stay our 12 year anniversary

The property was very clean we enjoyed our stay very much I would like to thank Mariam Ely Carlos Albert Irma and Letty for taking care of us during our stay they went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome stay. The best location, very well appointed, nice pool and common areas. We met a lot of nice people and had a great time. We would recommend and stay here again. The only thing I would change is to add a couple of backpack type beach chairs.

Perfect getaway condo!

Marina Sol is a beautiful, secure condo resort right in the heart of Cabo. We loved our stay in Terri's place. We walked everywhere...way up the beach, down around the Marina, and all around town shopping! The lobby staff was amazingly helpful and pool area is lovely. We finished our evenings in the restaurants enjoying yummy food and drinks. The only downside is the road noise on the hilly street below. Thank you Terri for sharing your condo, very well-stalked and comfortable!

PERFECT HOME BASE

Terri is an excellent owner/host. Her condo is perfect for a couple. My wife and I have visited Cabo San Lucas many times over the years and we stay at Marina Sol the times that we want a home base to explore the city, marina and Medano beach on foot. There is a new Chedraui supermarket just two blocks away. We enjoy the laid back/not so busy pool area and the onsite restaurants for a quick bite. The condos are individually owned, not a timeshare. The lobby and grounds are very well maintained by the HOA. We prefer this type of property over the large resorts. We will be back.

All the comforts of home and even better !

Terri & her beautiful Cabo condo goes above and beyond! First off the location is absolutely perfect and walking distance to all the great restaurants and shopping as well as a Walmart and another grocery store for all your grocery needs while there. The condo is immaculate & stocked with everything you could need. Blenders and cookware you name it ! The pool at Marina del Sol is wonderful as well as their rec room and restaurants on site . Staff is friendly and on top of whatever you may need . Terri is quick to get back and help with any questions or info needed. She took excellent care of us, and went above and beyond to make our stay special and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay while visiting!

Awesome Cabo location!

Terri's condo may be the best appointed vacation rental I have ever stayed in and she has overlooked no detail. It is also located in one of the best spots in Cabo, 2 blocks from the beach on one direction and one block from the Marina in the other and both very safe walks. There is a new grocery store that just opened at the Marina so no need to stop for groceries on the way. The pool at the complex was not crowded and very clean with cocktail service provided poolside. If you plan to do laundry there, bring your own quarters as the machines do not take pesos or credit cards and US change is hard to find.

Nice property

The condo was as advertised with my minimum requirements met.. Bed was comfy, internet was high speed and condo was updated. Only negative was that it was more expensive than I wanted due to taxes, insurance and several other costs that pushed the room price up. Other than that it was a nice stay with a responsive owner and excellent local management.

Great Stay!

The condo itself was priceless and perfect for a single like me or a couple. Loved the traditional Mexican decor (so colorful and bright). The property as a whole was great. Everone was friendly and the spa was convenient and good. The location was perfect, just a five minutes casual walk to the beach. This spot is right for somebody who loves to hang out on Medano Beach and hit the downtown Cabo restaurants and night life but doen't want to pay the seaside resort prices. I'll be back!

Beautiful property are sweet was very comfortable and appointed with everything we needed plus a few knickknacks that the owner must enjoy. The common areas are wonderful in pool, pool bar, and restaurant were great. Looking forward to returning next year. The only downside energy is really not that important is the view from the room was a little depressing you to the surrounding neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating with what they have left and set up in this unit now.

Terri is one of the best communicators; she has a knack for attention to detail. The wrap-around deck SW corner is a great place to play card/dice games. The kitchen has all and more needed for meals. The decor in the condo, bedroom, and living room is immaculate. We look forward to staying there again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Terri's place. Her communication is great and the condo is clean and very well equipped. Marina Sol is a beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. The concierge coordinated in-condo rapid COVID tests for us and the results were emailed to us within 30 minutes of the tests. The location cannot be beat...walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping, the marina & nightlife!

Amazing Experience

We loved our visit to Terry's property in Cabo. She is an excellent hostess, giving us many pro tips, recommendations and answered any questions we had prior to our stay. I searched for quite sometime to find a place that checked all of the boxes I was looking for (traditional feel, huge patio, comfortable accommodations, walking distance to both the Marina and beach, great price....and so many more. The condo was everything we could have asked for. The amenities were even better than you can see in pictures. The pool and on site restaurants were spectacular. The concierge, Elly, helped make our trip fun, she was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, and excursion booking. She handled everything we needed a little extra "local" help with. Check in and out was a complete breeze. There is a hospital a block away that does rapid Covid tests for $30 that was super easy. We hated to leave and when we return we won't even look at other properties. This place was perfect for a fun Cabo vacation!

Great condo

This is the best location in Cabo. The pool and the pool bar are a great addition. This condo is so well equipped with everything you might need. Everything she has stocked this condo with is of nice quality and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little condo in fabulous location!

Terri’s condo is in the perfect location to everything. The Marina Sol concierge was great for information. Only downside was noise of construction, roads, music late at night but that’s the price you pay for being close to beaches and the action. Terri is an excellent host, giving great advice on restaurants, etc. Condo was clean and comfortable. Great stay in Cabo!!
