A beautiful studio apartment located in the historic district of town. within walking distance of town park, shopping, restaurants, bars, our amazing local brew pub and amusements. Pleasant comfortable accommodations with a Queen size bed, an additional murphy bed, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a small fenced in area in case you enjoy traveling with your dog. TLCNR10

I will definitely stay here when I return to Lake City! The layout and details made the studio feel much larger than it really was! Quiet, within short walking distances of excellent restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery! I enjoyed the small fenced yard with picnic table with umbrella, and flowers along the entry walk.
