Peaceful Days

Wonderful stay at the house my family owned for many years in the 80s & 90s. Not much had changed which was very pleasant however house needed a little attention. Overall great stay!

Ski weekend

The place was clean and comfortable. We only made coffee in the kitchen so I can't speak to to how well the kitchen is stocked.

Great accommodations!

Our group of 8 stayed here to access the ski resorts. We were impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was with equipment! We also loved the three full bathrooms and cozy upstairs office/living nook. Would definitely stay again!

Nice accomodations. Comfortable house with most everything we needed. Internet connection was spotty the last 2 days and that was difficult when my kids were doing their distance learning classes. The outside of the house is in need of some paint and some repair on the wood, but we really enjoyed our time there. Thanks so much!!! The Segat Family

Disappointing

While you are a super host this place fell far below standards of other super host places we have stayed. The multiple stains on the carpet in the common area were disgusting (appeared more likely to be animal rather than mineral) and the kitchen sink was a mess. The deck also needs to be refinished. There were other minor issues but those were the main reasons why the house did not live up to its booking.

Sunny Daze

Had a very nice stay. Sliding shower doors need fixing as almost come off tracks when trying to slide them. Could have provided kleenex boxes. Didn't see instructions for opening garage. Thank you.

Glad you had a great stay. We adjusted the glass shower doors so this shouldn't be an issue moving forward. We always encourage our renters to reach out if anything seems amiss as we'd have loved to make this a 5 star stay for you. For future renters sake, we do have a garage code we would be happy to pass along.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are from NYC, rented the house via Arbnb to visit Lake Tahoe on our Cali road trip. It was so difficult to choose a location without ever being in the area. Unfortunately the house location was disappointing: nothing is in walking distance. The house is not on the lake and far from major tourists points of interests. The close by Skyland park and beach is a joke. I wish I rented in Tahoe Vista or Kings Beach. Another thing: the house is dated, especially it’s kitchen. The deck was dirty and the grill was disgusting. On the positive side: the house was functional with all a family would need for cooking and sleeping.

For future Tahoe bookings, we do have staff available 7 days a week to assist you with choosing an appropriate home for your needs. While Dollar Point is a desirable community for many Tahoe-goers due to its access to the Private HOA Beach and Pool, there are certainly other homes that would be within walking distance to shops and dining options if that was more of interest. Regardless, we are glad you found the home to be well equipped and functional.
