Overall the stay was nice.

Thank you for the business and thank you for the opportunity! I can only assume that the stay would have been nicer and I would have got that fifth star that I try so hard to get, if I would have let them have their family reunion get together stop by and visitors at my house. But unfortunately, I could not allow that as I'm not licensed with the county that way and my insurance regulations do not allow unauthorized guests at the house. As notes on my description and rules at the time of booking.

Great accommodations for our large family of 22 spending the long Thanksgiving weekend together.

The owners were wonderful to work with. We were very pleased with the house; plenty of room for everyone and the nature trail across the street is great for both kids and adults. Would definitely stay there again.

What can I say... from check- in to check- out what a great experience. The house is definitely as described. The owner got right back to us with all communications. We had a great stay. You literally do not have to leave this home in order to enjoy your vacation. It has everything and kid super friendly. We will definitely book again. Villa Rica has a place in our hearts forever!!! Great country home close to area attractions!

We had a great stay in this home. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed all the fun games and pool to swim in. The house was well stocked with necessities and the kitchen had an abundance of cookware. Everything was clean and tidy and the check in & out process was very smooth. The location was great because it had a rural country feel but only a short drive to area attractions, restaurants, and the airport. We would stay here again and highly recommend
