Why they chose this property
This is my family home that I grew up in and live in today. After a house fire in 2012 the house was completely rebuilt from the foundation up in 2014 and so everything is very new and nice (please help me keep it that way).
What makes this property unique
Very modern and new, open and airy with lots of natural light and beautiful private views while still being in a neighborhood and very close to conveniences and the freeway. The back deck is spacious, opening up to a lawn and then backing up to a forested greenbelt that is magical. This location really puts you in a beautiful spot close to many other beautiful places like Apple Hill, Lake Tahoe, and Amador County to name a few.
