Relaxation awaits! Potomac River Waterfront Home.
Relax and rejuvenate on the shores of the Potomac River. This brick ranch home located on the Potomac River offers wide water views, gorgeous sunrises & sunset, and some of the best salt water fishing around. The private fully equipped extended fishing pier is perfect for sunbathing or a great fishing experience. The pier includes a large fish cleaning station, live well, rod holders, electric and water. Bring your fishing poles or use ours that are provided. The home has a bright river room that is bathed in natural light and offers a relaxing view of the bay and river in a temperature controlled environment. All three bedrooms are generously proportioned, and there is a cozy fireplace in the living room. On the outside you can sit on the back deck and enjoy the warm southern bay breezes. The home also offers an enclosed porch where you can enjoy some local steamed crabs. Life jackets, Beach Towels, Outdoor Chairs are present for enjoying the water. The community also offers a boat ramp, sand beach area, and covered picnic area. Shopping is located about 10 minutes away with groceries, restaurants, and a fully supplied fishing/tackle/bait shop. The home also features high speed internet and cable TV. We are a pet friendly home and know they will enjoy their time by the water as much as you will.

Why they chose this property
We originally purchased the home for weekend get a ways. The property offers wonderful views, big water fishing in a tranquil setting. You are not far from town if you would like to enjoy a meal out. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen equipment and there is a washer and dryer available. Should you want to bring your boat you may use the community dock to put in. We recommend you do not miss the beautiful sunsets and evening fishing is one of our favorite activities. We are pet friendly. We know our dogs love to swim in the river and there is access to a beach at the edge of the property. We do ask that you rinse your pet off prior to them coming in the house an cover the sofa's should they decide to make themselves comfortable on them.
