This lovely vacation rental in Destiny East will have you kissing your fingertips and shouting “Bellissimo!” With four bedrooms, a private pool, and gorgeous decor, this Destiny East home provides its' guests with everything needed for the ultimate, relaxing vacation. Take advantage of the community features which include a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, and playground for the kids. The beach is only an eight-minute walk away, located at The Crab Trap Restaurant. With everything you need at your fingertips, we're sure you won't be disappointed in the stunning "Bellissimo!"

Upon entering the foyer, you'll immediately notice the lavish decor. Two king bedrooms and two bathrooms house the entire first floor, sharing a bar with a mini fridge. A twin bed can be found in the spacious, walk-in closet of the first bedroom and a crib in the second. Each room has private access to the pool deck where you can lounge and enjoy time spent outdoors.

An open and inviting main living area on the second floor is furnished with high-end furniture and beautiful touches throughout. From the all-wood flooring, to the dramatic columns separating the kitchen from the living room, elegance is shown in every aspect. Relax in front of the fireplace on the white leather sofas, or make a delicious meal in the custom kitchen with reclaimed wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A third bedroom is also located on this floor and has two queen beds.

The entire third floor is home to the master bedroom. With a luxurious king bed, private balcony, and private bathroom, guests will experience peace and quiet. Glimpses of the Gulf can be seen from the balcony, making for the most romantic sunsets. A large walk-in closet is found through the private bath, which houses an extra queen bed.

It’s awesome area but they have no pool kids toy work and pull no hat and the AC have problems and that have some cockroaches run in house so work fore that I love this area it’s nice and good but that house need more focuase to clean

It was convenient to everything we seen a couple of roaches. What we thought was a hot tub was just a spa. The heat was cut off as of April so ithe pool or the spa was not warm enough to enjoy at night. The property meeds a little tlc but overall not to bad.

We were given 4 different gate codes, to a gate they were not authorized to use. No where to park for beach access. This place is great if you don't want to go to the beach.

BYO Raid……but Beautiful Property

Upon arrival the house was beautiful. Everything with the check in process went smoothly. After dinner everyone started moving the pillows/sheets around on the beds, we noticed multiple beds infested with spiders, some dirty bed sheets and multiple dead cockroaches scattered throughout the house. I spoke to Five Star the following morning to let them know what happened & told them we were able to get a few photos to show. They let me know they would send someone back to the house to change bedding and clean again. They followed up to ask me to send the photos of the bugs we had taken. Over the next day, we began to find live cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, on the counters, & more dead bugs throughout the house. Five Star did not follow up with me after I had sent the photos of the bugs over, so I called them again to let them know. They told me the only options they had were to send someone out to clean again & spray for insects. This is where I began to get frustrated, as it is not ideal to have employees coming in and out of the house multiple times while all of our personal belongings are unpacked & we are out of the house. Also, the house should have been thoroughly cleaned and sprayed the first time they were made aware of this. Again, I was told they would look into it but I never received a follow up. It was at this time I reached out again and asked for some type of reimbursement, as we were unable to sleep in some of the beds on the first night, & it just

House needs attention!!!!!!

First the house description is not accurate. Yes it sleeps 15 but two of the beds are in the closet. The pool and hot tub heat doesn’t work. We called the property manager to have the heat turned on and was told the heat was broke and had been broken for a few weeks. No one notified us prior to coming. The listing says a communal pool and fitness center. But to find out once there that you must have a wrist band to use these. The wrist band is an additional $25 per band. The house was dirty. We found on cockroach in the kitchen and another in a bedroom. Found a small whiskey bottle in the pool. My kids found adult candy. Half smoked cigars still laying on the balcony. Several towel holders and toilet paper holders was falling off the wall. Several trim pieces a round the kitchen was falling off. There was mold in the second story bathroom. (I have pictures of all of this ). I contacted the property manager about all of this and was pretty much ignored. The only thing the house had going for it was it’s location. We will never stay here again.

Great place and location, perfect for multiple families

The location is great! We have stayed in Destiny East before and love the safe clean community. There were wonderful things about Bellisimo. The pool area is lovely, but if you plan to use hot tub, it's seasonal. We had 6 bikes for use only 3 worked! :( The garage has a golf cart but its off limits to renters which would be a real plus in this community and we had one last year. The community pool, tennis courts, and exercise room are also a nice plus but again only 5 bracelets were available and whole family could not go! A great surprise is that 3 of the large size bedrooms all have large closets for an extra sleeping child or baby!! One closet room had an extra twin and one had an extra double/queen! That's a great extra accommodation for a family! This place was also loaded with supplies to get you started on your week (soaps, detergents, lotions, shampoo, dishwasher, garbage bags, etc.) and linens were amply supplied. Overall, we had a great vacation and would recommend Bellisimo to another family! Last thing, Five Star Properties were wonderful to work with. The house lists a high chair and there was not one and they were able to get one for us! A great place!

Pretty but sparse

The house was beautiful, well decorated, and clean, but did not have many of the things we have come to expect from a rental of this price. The kitchen was huge, but was not stocked. There were not enough utensils and plates for 9 of us to eat. There were hardly any pots or cooking tools and no large bowls. The hot tub and pool kept losing water and the jets never worked. There was not any type of pool genie so the pool was full of tree debris and bugs. I reported the water issue several times and asked for maintenance , but no one ever came. The extra beds advertised are, no joke, shoved in small closets. You can’t use the garage because the owners’ golf cart is in the middle. We got a ticket for parking in front of the house when there was no more room in the driveway for our 3rd car. The bikes were nice (6) and there were lots of extra beach chairs. It is a pretty house, but make sure to bring everything you may need with you!!

Answered phone and acted like the would resolve issues and never did. Even sent concerns in survey and no follow up. Do not recommend. Also sleeps 15 is misleading. 3 are sleeping in closets and 2 on pull out couch. Should be disclosed!

Wonderful

We were very concerned after reading a previous review, but everything was wonderful. The kitchen was my favorite, there was enough seating for the family and we ate in a few nights to avoid long wait times. If I had anything at all to say negative it would be that we arrived about 40 minutes early and even though it was already cleaned and ready to go we were not able to get in unti 4. That was our only hiccup.

Rat found in bathroom

Discovered a rat in one of the downstairs bathrooms as we woke from our first overnight in the house. The rat found a hole under the cabinets that allowed it to crawl up into the wall. Called the property management. They said they would have pest control out, and clean/disinfect the bathroom (lots of rat droppings) once the rat was removed. We came back from the beach later that day to find that the bathroom had been obviously disinfected and cleaned. We thought based on earlier instruction that meant the rat had been removed. Later we discovered a disoriented, likely poisoned, rat scurrying around the downstairs level. I had to trap the rat using a sand bucket we had been using for sand castles on the beach. The property management team did come out and remove the rat after we trapped it, but that's about it. Even in a follow up conversation they referred to it as a mouse - minimizing the situation to the point of insult. We're now eight days after the rat event, and still no resolution from Five Star Properties.

Was a nice location and a nice stay wish we could of stayed longer.

Location is perfect to the beach! Had some problems with the hot tub and heated pool. We were told we didn’t have it included in deal but contract said otherwise. Gas was turned off on us but we just opened it back up after reading our contract. The house is nice and updated. Very spacious. Would tecommend with a group of friends. Was disappointed the beach was not clear water and was cold. But that’s nature. Would definitely stay again

Private Oasis Close to the Beach

The listing description was very accurate for the property and this home was a very easy walk to the beach. The property was so clean when we arrived and we were even greeted by someone from the company. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to be on vacation, but still feel at home.
