The open living area features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a double oven. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.

Game Room & Laundry:
The first floor also includes a fun game room for kids and a convenient laundry room.

For added convenience, guests can use the 6-seater golf cart already provided at the home for a $50 handling fee paid to Destin Elite Carts. The golf cart makes exploring the neighborhood, nearby restaurants, beach areas, and local attractions even easier.

Booking Details:
Max occupancy: 10
No student groups under 25
Dog-friendly (maximum of two dogs) for an additional $150 per dog. Please follow leash law and pick up after your pet.
Cancellation: Cancellations within 60 days of check-in forfeit full payment
Parking: You’ll have 4 dedicated parking spaces in the driveway for your vehicles. The golf cart already at the home has its own designated space and does not count toward your 4 spaces. Please note that any additional golf carts you rent will count as one of your 4 parking spaces.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in any outdoor areas.
