Great house if you need something in Livingston. We were there for a family emergency and had to make last minute plans and with a flexible schedule. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs. I also had to work remotely and the internet quality was great.

This home was super cute and comfy. A perfect little getaway for our family. Tammy provided me with two locations for fishing, which were so nice and relaxing and not very far from the home. The owners created a group text for communication which was extremely comforting to know that I could get ahold of them on their personal numbers if I needed any assistance. The home was very neat and clean and provided an abundance of bath towels!! Not your average, one towel per person stay. Plenty of deck space and outdoor options to enjoy family conversations including grills, hot tub, propane fire pit and seating. Enjoyed a nice lunch over the water at the Wet Deck Bar and Grill. (food was fantastic) We had a wonderful stay here with zero issues. I highly recommend this place for a small family getaway.

This cabin was exactly what my husband and I wanted to rent to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. The property is very private, quiet, and peaceful. The cabin and property itself were very clean and taken care of. The hot tub was great and super clean as well. We loved all the Texas decor and the rooster theme in the kitchen. The cabin also had plenty of cooking and drinking utensils. The WiFi worked great. All in all, the cabin was very homey and comfortable which is exactly what we needed considering we stayed for 6 days! Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely perfect place for our honeymoon! Quiet, relaxing, close to lake and park, hot tub was great, jet tub also great, decorations and amenities were spot on, and hospitality/ kindness of the owners was above and beyond. Will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay. The decor was adorable. There was every amenity you could want & the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. Didn't do any cooking but there was plenty of eating places nearby. Thanks for a relaxing few days.

Beautiful Cabin

We loved our stay. The cabin is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Owners were easy to reach and very thorough with sharing information for check-in and even created a binder about the areas, places to eat, etc. It was very peaceful location and we would definitely stay again!

Cabin was super cute and clean! Loved the decor. Bed was comfy and the sound of rain on the roof was so soothing. Shower was excellent, good water pressure and got hot quick. Had everything we needed. Would absolutely book again.
