‣ Lake Livingston Waterfront House, Sunset views. Deep water, Fishing, Kayaking.
Welcome to your peaceful lakefront retreat on Lake Livingston! Located on the east side of the lake at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, our cottage offers beautiful open-water views, deep water access, and a great fishing spot. The opposite side of the property faces a channel, providing additional water views and a peaceful area to explore by kayak or boat for fishing. We provide kayaks, a paddleboard, a large lily pad, and inflatable water toys for your lake adventures.
During the summer, when lake conditions are calmer, our fishing light is set on a timer to help attract fish in the evening. Guests can enjoy fishing, watching fish gather around the dock, and feeding catfish around dusk while enjoying the peaceful lake atmosphere. For safety, the fishing light is removed from the lake during periods of severe weather or rough lake conditions.
The large lakeside deck, patio, and yard provide the perfect space for relaxing, outdoor dining, and spending time with family and friends. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table while taking in the peaceful lake views. During late spring and early summer, the sunset lines up directly in front of the property across the lake, while later in the summer it shifts towards Indian Hills, still offering beautiful open-water views and colorful evening skies.
The garage game area includes a foosball table, air hockey, electronic dartboard, yard games, and more.
Boat ramps are located just 3–5 minutes from the cottage, making lake access convenient for boating and fishing guests. Pinwah Marina is just across the cove for fuel and boating needs. The cottage is approximately 15 minutes to Onalaska and 18 minutes to downtown Livingston for restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

Cutest little lake house! Loved the porch off the house! Amazing View! Host was super duper responsive! Thanks a bunch!
We’ve started an annual fishing trip last year and looked for somewhere that had easy access to the water. This property checked all the boxes for us plus some. Jim was very quick to respond. All the instructions were straightforward. I have zero complaints about our visit and would definitely book again.
This house on the lake was amazing. My family loved the layout of the house especially the outside area. They had plenty of games to play and we enjoyed fishing and smoking ribs on the grill. We did not have any issues definitely will be booking this lake home again. Thanks again for helping us capture some more life long family memories.
Cute house, perfect for us & 3 grand kids. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms & game room. Lots of seating areas outdoors for hanging out. Beautiful sunsets! Good fishing off the dock for the kids. They loved kayaks/paddle board. Lots of lights for nighttime. Great communication with Jim.
We booked with family including two small kids this house is right on the water and so many family activities! Highly recommend and hosts communicated right away if we needed anything. Love this place and will definitely be back!!
What a wonderful getaway home! The house was clean inside and out, the kitchen came complete with an array of modern appliances, large and small, and--as a major plus--the knives were sharp! (Folks who have tried to cut anything with a dull blade know the value of this). Great water pressure in the shower, and fluffy, luxurious towels to wrap up in. The outdoor areas were clean and inviting, and the dock was a perfect size and propped up in deep water. Fishing was a blast--we brought home a nice mess of catfish filets. After the day was done, we had a comfortable mattress to curl up in for a great night's sleep. I think you can tell we loved our stay. Perfect place for a couple or for a small family. You'll love it!
We stayed here for a couple of nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property was just as described. The location is great. We will definitely stay here again.
The best property on the lake. The owners are so sweet, the house was very clean, the property itself is so beautiful with amazing sunsets. If you have children, 10/10 recommend this place. They have all kinds of things for you to do as a family in or out of the water.
We booked last minute and it was such a great experience and great property. Lots of outdoor games to play and water sports galore. The sunset is magnificent. Just what we wanted.

About the host
Hosted by James Cunningham
We live in Houston, but love going to the lake to take in the views or just enjoy the wild life.
Why they chose this property
It is very quiet and makes it great if you are just trying to get away for a weekend escape.
What makes this property unique
Truly a unique view, one of the best on the lake, especially for watching the summer sunsets. Also, great for bird watching. During the summer, the water is calm out front of the most of the time, making it great for water sports. There are many good spots for fishing, either from the dock or out on the water. If it is a little windy, you can go into the channel behind the cottage.
