You'll love this beautifully renovated villa for your beach vacation. The private end-unit packs a ton of wow factor into a small footprint. Conveniently located next to Sea Pines Center and pets are welcome.

Set on the second floor of the desirable Lighthouse Tennis complex, offering exclusive access to a pool and four tennis courts, this villa welcomes you in with a living space flanked by a lush wall of plantation shutters that lead up to tall angled ceilings. Those shutters pull back in dramatic fashion to reveal sliding glass doors out to a patio with golf course and wooded views, seating for four around a wrought iron table, electric grill, and bird feeder.

Inside, the living space is an oasis of relaxation. A comfortable sectional sits oriented around a large flat-screen TV. You can even utilize the queen sized murphy bed on the wall for extra guests or children.

The flooring emulates the look and feel of hand-scraped hardwood, and runs throughout the living room and dining room. Here, seating for six can be found around a dining table wrapped in a panorama of windows with peek-a-boo views of the 2nd hole at Harbour Town Golf Links.

The kitchen houses every amenity for entertaining or creating the gourmet experience on vacation. Speckled granite countertops weave around a stainless steel Whirlpool glass flat-top range with range hood, refrigerator, quiet dishwasher, and convenient washer and dryer.

A spacious bedroom and bright bathroom are at the front of the property. The bathroom’s tile flooring and wide granite vanity provide an elegant appeal to the room, but the real showpiece is the wall-to-wall glass-door walk-in shower. Set in white tiles with mocha accent tiles set in an eye-catching ribbon, this shower is made all the more spacious by the skylights above it which open it to the treetops.

The bedroom provides a comforting oasis through a king-size bed set in a nautical pattern, plus a twin sized trundle in resplendent white linens and a flat-screen TV. A desk facing a bank of windows, soaring ceilings, and a large walk-in closet round out the amenities in this space.

Great condo for a get away!

We had a great short getaway at this condo! It's perfect for couples or small families, and the location is incredibly convenient to both Harbour Town and the Sea Pines shops. We loved being able to walk for morning coffee. While the beach is a short drive away, we preferred South Beach for its quieter atmosphere. Highly recommend giving this rental a try!

Sea Pines Sensation

Location, location, location!!! Tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Loved the large shower with its plenty of hot water. The bed was a bit soft for us but, we prefer a firmer mattress.

Adorable villa

Very clean, well decorated, lots of dishes, utensils, cookware. Tennis on site was a great feature plus the pool to cool off after tennis. Walking distance to Harbortown. Great place for a family getaway with our 2 dogs.

Great Getaway!

The condo was so comfortable, we decided to extend our stay. Nicely updated, super comfortable bed and couches, well equipped kitchen (other than garbage bags) and a central location within Sea Pines. Sleeps 4, but perfect for 2! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Loved!!

Our family of 6 loved the condo and location! The large bedroom and Murphy bed was perfect to accommodate our 4 kids. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen. Rented bikes right down the road and only left Sea Pines one time because everything is right there! We’ll be returning for sure!

Beautiful location, great condo

We loved Sea Pines Resort and the condo was exactly as described. Had a little trouble with the check-in process but I believe that was the fault of the resort and not the homeowner. Overall, a great stay!

Wonderful condo in beautiful location

Beautiful spacious condo in wonderful location. Kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need! This condo is centrally located in Sea Pines right next to Sea Pines Center which has quant restaurants and shopping. The bike path is right across the street and the pool, tennis and fitness center are within walking distance. Perfect place for a fun getaway. Will definitely stay again!

Great location

Quiet and serene. Sitting in the back deck we saw deer eating the brush and a little alligator in the pond! Place was spacious. Would be ideal for a family with kids in a budget because it also had a Murphy bed and a day bed in the master. We were able to use the pool,tennis courts and fitness room. A little issue with check in but it was finally resolved. Would definitely stay here again!

Hilton Head Gem

Condo was as advertised. It had everything we needed except a pizza pan🙂 It’s on the second level which means stairs but has high ceilings to make it feel more open. Very clean! Complex is small and has a very nice pool. Beautiful landscaping. Location in the center of Sea Pines is convenient to all they offer. Truffles next door is a delightful restaurant. We’ll be back!!!

Property was great for 4 of us! Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Close to trolley and shops/ restaurant . Needs more bowls/medium sauce pan/toaster . Needs a deep clean …. Bottom of dishwasher and vent in bath especially. Door to condo sticks. Host/property owner so kind, helpful and obliging!

Very nice and comfortable villa

This villa was wonderfully appointed and very clean and comfortable. The only problem was the bathroom sink's drain stopper was broken, and the sink wouldn't drain the water. It would also be helpful in the description if something is written about there being 3 flights of steps and no elevator, which is difficult for older people who have trouble carrying luggage up and down flights of steps. I would definitely recommend this villa to others, however.

Perfect for couples with dog in tow

This property was even better than expected--the perfect size for our small party. The decor was lovely and the kitchen contained everything we needed for the few meals we cooked in. The bed was comfy, the shower was just right. We loved staying right in Sea Pines. The property's location is right beside a small shopping center with several restaurants, boutiques, and bike rental. The walking trails are fabulous and we saw some amazing wildlife. One night, we were surprised by a huge owl that swooped down right in front of us. Our trip was in late September and we highly recommend bringing a flashlight if you plan to arrive after dark. The Tennis Club villas (and other complexes) are poorly lit at night. We had to get pretty close to the buildings to read the unit numbers posted and it took us longer than it should have to find the right one. After that one hiccup, we were quite happy with our stay.

Quiet and Comfortable Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying in this unit. We especially liked being close to everything and the quiet atmosphere of the location. The updating was a nice feature as well. There were several issues that needed to be addressed and remedied however. First, check in was pretty chaotic and if we were not very experienced with staying in this area we may have been pretty stressed. The unit itself had a few things that needed maintenance, the vents were extremely dirty, especially the damp one in the bathroom. And, the front door sticks really bad. I know this is a humidity problem, but you couldn’t open the door without great force or while carrying anything in your hand. I couldn’t imagine the aggravation this causes the unit downstairs. Thankfully I don’t think it was occupied this particular week. Hopefully these small issues will be brought to the owners attention so they can be remedied. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. We would definitely stay here again.
