The property owners of this villa have pet allergies but know many guests want to travel with their four legged family members. With that, they will accept one small dog of a hypoallergenic or non-shedding breed. Please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. For your convenience, your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code will be mailed to you prior to your arrival, eliminating the need for check in. Just drive straight to your villa, park right in front, and head to the sand!
