But, the prime location a short ten minute walk to the beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club, is what makes this property special. You can simply walk to the Beach, Clubhouse, Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, to take in all the food and fun in Sea Pines. This lovely 2 bedroom Lighthouse Road Villa offers all the best in comfort and location. A single story layout, updated bathrooms, new furniture, a relaxing screened in porch are just a few of the great things you'll remember when reminiscing about your visit.

The property owners of this villa have pet allergies but know many guests want to travel with their four legged family members. With that, they will accept one small dog of a hypoallergenic or non-shedding breed. Please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

As with all our villas, enjoy extra amenities like a free family fitness pass (just ask for a swipe card and info), free tennis, free WIFI and a couple of free bikes for exploring all of the beauty that Sea Pines has to offer. We also provide the beach towels, beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer. All it needs is you!
For your convenience, your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code will be mailed to you prior to your arrival, eliminating the need for check in. Just drive straight to your villa, park right in front, and head to the sand!

Pleasant bungalow, easy walk to beach

We rented of Christmas/New Years week and lucked out on the weather, 70s and sunny every day. The unit is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, clean with a newly renovated kitchen and charcoal grill that was great with fresh off the boat seafood from Barnacle Bill’s. Dish washer was nice and quiet, but the laundry machines were noisy.

Lovely quaint villa. Perfect location. Close to the beach club. Love the bikes that were included. Used them often. Nice kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Den furniture not very comfortable and tiny bathrooms. But all in all a nice clean stay!!

Great central island location next to a golf course

We came in for a family wedding and this location was perfect for us to find and attend the wedding and various receptions. One drawback was my wife felt she had flea bites from the couch in the LR. Other than that the reservation process etc was superb. I golfed the Atlantic Dunes Course next to the villa and enjoyed the round.

Thanks for a great stay and the feedback. We have investigated and have found no evidence of fleas anywhere inside the villa. Nevertheless, an extra pest control treatment was performed and all carpets and furniture have been professional cleaned as part of our fall maintenance protocol. Guests can be assured that there is no issue inside the villa.

Spacious living and dining area. Nice patio Kitchen was dated and landscaping needs cleaned up. Clogged bathroom drain first day that was fixed quickly by property manager. Accidentally stumbled on wasp nest in front yard and was stung about 12 times. Need to spray for that and bugs.

Lovely place with nice furnishings.

This place was great. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. However, there was no mention that it was near the first hole of the golf course. Sunday morning we were blasted out of bed at 6:15 by the sounds of a heavy duty lawnmower. Friday, the day we checked out, it was 4:59 am. I came there for a relaxing vacation but I did not like the noise. Sadly. We will be looking for something quieter next year.

Our Stay

The unit for the most part was what we expected. However we were disappointed with the condition of the unit. Specifically the verticals in the room facing the street were broken. The kitchen utensils, pots, pans, were in such poor shape we didn't use them. This is the reason for the 2 star rating for cleanliness.

Decent for a short weekend

This property has a great location- easy to walk or bike to the beach. The property managers are communicative and responsive. The actual property is nice enough but definitely a ‘rental’. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The furniture was basic level with not a lot of comfort or personal touches. We only really used the place to sleep as we had other family with a house where we spent most of our time. I don’t think I would have enjoyed this being our primary spot for the trip. The cleaning could have been better- there were dead bugs in the corners and the screened in porch was musty smelling and wet. The front door seemed flimsy and needed a new paint job.

Lovely pet friendly condo

The condo was a super easy bike ride or walk to beach access at the beach club. Having the bikes already on site was very nice and one does come with a basket. We rode everywhere on the bikes. The bike paths in Sea Pines are amazing! They are shady and have frequent spots to stop that offer maps for you navigate to the shopping areas and horse stables within the plantation. Our teen daughter and her friend even rode to Coligny. The enclosed patio was great to escape the bugs in the evening. Even though they are attached condo units, the back area was very private. We had our dog with us and it was the perfect area to take her out for potty breaks. The owner was very responsive as was the welcome packet you receive. We had a few changes and they got back to us right away. Very happy with the entire experience. Literally the only thing we found lacking was the utensils. There was no spatula to make things like eggs. And although there is a grill onsite, there were no utensils for that. We made do with some tongs that aren’t really for grilling. This didn’t stop us from enjoying the condo!

Good location and value

This villa is well located, close to golf snd the beach with wonderful access to bike trails. The property owners did a great job of communicating and this made access to the villa easy and efficient. The villa itself was just fine for my husband, small dog, and me. I will say that I have stayed at many places in Sea Pines and this villa would rank somewhere near the middle in comparison. The kitchen is older yet appliances worked well. Not a lot of frills or extras but clean and comfortable.

Great Location

The location of this villa is perfect. It's an easy walk to the beach and just a short bike ride to Harbor Town and South Beach. The kitchen is dated and needs some upgrades but, it is well stocked with the basic cooking needs. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and beautiful location

Everything was as advertised. The rooms were clean and perfect for our family of four. There were great amenities at the place and around for us to complete our trip. The owners were helpful and responsive. Hilton Head is a beautiful destination between the bike/walk paths and beautiful beaches.
