Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please follow checklist in the house. Wash, dry and fold any linens such as pillow protectors, beach towels, dish towels and washcloths and bathmats for next guests,
Take all recycling and trash to the curb from house and garage.
Return house and garage to broom clean condition and turn off garage light, locking house and garage, securing all windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters agree to use bikes and kayak at their own risk and to hold the owners harmless for any personal injury. Condition of equipment not guaranteed.
Lewes charges a 5% tax on the nightly rents received. Delaware charges a 4.5% tax on nightly rents.
Tenant is shall leave the property in broom clean condition and is responsible to secure all windows and doors upon Departure.

Our family loves to fish, hike, bike, cook, read, play music, get away, take a break - and just enjoy nature and time together.

The owners purchased the property after falling in love with the Bay sunset and enjoying the family-style fun - swimming, paddle-boarding, fishing, biking, hiking and all of this is 150 steps from the house.

The atmosphere in Lewes is family friendly.

If you like history, the outdoors, and retreating from the noise Lewes is for you.

This house can accommodate multiple families, as we enjoy vacationing with friends and family and hope you will too!
