Several families with kids were able to have a weekend reunion here and this house was perfect. Extremely well appointed for things like cooking and needing separate kid and adult spaces. We loved it and will be back.

This property is absolutely stunning. Everything looked just like the photos and the house was very clean upon arrival. Mike was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. Already looking for an excuse to come back!

Our family of 11 loved the house with its big open spaces and plenty of room for our family. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you could need. The owner, Mike was very responsive and accommodating of our needs. The walk to the beach, Dairy Queen and into downtown Lewes was very easily made with our 5 grandkids aged 5 to 18 months. Our family also really enjoyed the pool and the screened in deck/porch on the main floor. Thanks for the memories!

This house was absolutely perfect for our week-long family vacation! The kids loved spending time in the pool, while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch. The layout was ideal for our family, with plenty of comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and gathering spaces for everyone.The location couldn't have been better—a quick walk to the beach and an easy, enjoyable stroll into town.Mike was an exceptional host. He was incredibly friendly, communicative, and kept us informed every step of the way, making the entire experience seamless. We've already booked this house again for next year, and a big reason why is Mike and the outstanding hospitality he provided. We can't wait to come back!
