This luxury condominium is located on the 3rd floor of upscale Park Plaza in Beaver Creek, CO. It includes a fireplace, polished Century furniture, chandeliers, full kitchen, artwork, Jacuzzi, private balcony and lots of natural light. This condo has amazing views. It is 165 steps plus heated escalators to take you right to the Centennial ski lift. The building is right in the heart of charming Beaver Creek Village.

The living room is furnished with two comfy sofas. The dining room has a large table that comfortably seats six. The large master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, double Jacuzzi, separate shower and toilet area, two spacious closets, two sinks with wooden cabinetry, large TV, balcony.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with nightstands, large closet, generous windows, an adjoining bathroom with a room for sink, vanity, toilet, and glass shelving and a separate room for the bath and shower. The staff will happily put the twin beds together with king bedding to make a king-width bed.

A pull out couch located in the living room sleeps two as well.

The pool, hot tub, and workout room will be closed during summer 2023. A brand new outdoor hot tub, pool, and workout room will open January 2024.

The Park Plaza is perfectly located right in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. Restaurants include pizza, sushi, steak, sports bars, gourmet, sandwich, Starbucks, Italian, grill, ice cream, gourmet coffee, etc. There are stores that have ski rentals, bike rentals, ice-skate rentals, hiking rentals, clothing, art galleries, jewelry, spas, cosmetics, wine, footwear, linens, furs, eye wear, ski shops, hiking and bike stores, home furnishings, kids clothing, toys, books, exquisite cashmere, gift shops, antiques, and photography. There is a General Store in the village which offers life's necessities, including homemade chocolates and ice cream.

The town is active with street entertainment and complimentary hot chocolate chip cookies. Dial-a-ride bus service is free to whisk you to restaurants all across the mountain and the Ritz at Bachelor's Gulch. Ten minute drive to Vail. Buses are available and run often. A complimentary parking garage is located in the building for your vehicle.

Loved Beaver Creek and this location was amazing - steps to the I’ve skating rink, shops, restaurants and the slopes. The building is older (renovation of the lobby is planned) but the daily continental breakfast and locker room for all of the gear was great!

Better Than Expected!

Location, parking, access, actual unit were all better than we were expecting. Very nice unit and complex! Update your photos to reflect the changes. We would love to stay again in the future. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great Location!

We stayed here just before Christmas 2020. The location is perfect. It is right across from the Golden Eagle Inn in the Village and steps from the ice rink. It is also a short walk to the ski lifts. It has a heated parking garage, but if you have a large SUV or truck, you must park on the upper level as the lower level is only 5'8" tall. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The condo has pods for laundry, ground coffee that is refilled, and daily housekeeping if you would like it. Housekeeping is also very friendly. Even with COVID, it was very accommodating and took steps to keep everyone safe. The unit comes with an actual key that also works the ski locker that comes with the unit and matches the unit number. Jennifer was able to answer all of my questions before we left and was very responsive to them. I would definitely stay here again.
