Large one bedroom, two bath corner unit with a beautiful view with nearby sounds of the rushing creek. It is a five minute walk to Beaver Creek Village, restaurants, ice skating rink, shops, a variety of activities and all of the action. There is a nearby playground for smaller children across the creek.

The unit is immaculate, maintained, updated yearly, well stocked and offers the necessities and has many amenities. The comfortable queen sleeper in the living room will accommodate additional guest(s). The complex has a hot tub and there is a free shuttle available to all guests for Beaver Creek and Batchelor Gulch outings.

This is a perfect place for short or long, business and/or pleasure visits. The unit is well equipped to accommodate any of these reasons.

True ski in, ski out!

Great ski in, ski out property in the heart of Beaver Creek. Condo is thoughtfully stocked - there is a great pantry that the owners keep stocked, as well as a natural wood fireplace that makes it feel as cozy as home. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes!

Excellent condo and location

The condo is great. The fact that it is a corner unit is a real plus. It lets in a lot more light, and provides much better views. For a one bedroom it is very large. A short walk to the ski village, and very convenient ski in ski out. There is a shuttle bus that can take you almost any where in town.

My wife came with me during my work conf. We both LOVED this condo. Clean, well prepared, super close to conf center at Park Hyatt. The owner is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Awesome Property

This was an awesome property. It was located right on the river and you could hear the rushing water even with the windows closed. An easy walk to the village. The condo itself was very comfortable and quite lovely. I have not been in a VRBO in recent years that was so well stocked. It had absolutely everything we needed - no running to the grocery store for a roll of toilet paper or a new spice every day. Thank you so much Greg and Suzanne for the use of your lovely home.

Prime BC Location

This is the place for your small family! Not only were the hosts wonderful to work with, but their home is cozy and welcoming. The corner unit has great natural light, the lovely sound of the creek and room darkening shades for your little one to sleep. Thanks for having us!

We Love it here!

We found this lovely unit about 3 years ago and this was our 3rd visit. We just love everything about it. As everyone else mentioned the owner thinks of absolutely everything to make your stay as comfy as possible. Communication is seamless and quick. We hated to leave but BC is only 2 hours away so we will be back!

Overall a nice place with the exception of the location. It really wasn't a ski in/out place. The closest lift was closed after 11am.

2024 Ski trip

Great property with a true ski in ski out location. Go out back, strap your skis on and ski down through a small park to the Elk Horn lift which only services the condos that surround the park. The condo was just as it appears on VRBO. It was also well furnished and included some items that we didn’t expect. I will be coming back!

Great condo...but not clean.

My wife and I had a great time at this condo. It’s a perfect place to enjoy a getaway ski weekend. The bedroom was perfect, the living room w/ huge TV and wood-burning fireplace was extremely relaxing, and the kitchen was fully equipped for all meals. And the ski in/out access could not have been more convenient. My only complaint is that the unit had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. If it had in fact been cleaned, it was one of the more pitiful cleaning jobs I’ve ever seen. There was hair in the sink from someone’s morning shave, and the toilet hadn’t been flushed. We wiped everything down and still enjoyed our weekend.

Great place! Perfect location to the village and the trail heads with in walking distance. Bed very comfortable and hot shower was the best. The balcony view was wonderful to seat on everyday. It’s a corner condo made it even better.

Everything went smoothly from the time we booked with our host until we left. The condo was exactly as listed. We have stayed in quite a few condos and houses but this one tops the list for amenities provided and cleanliness. So much attention and thought has been given as to what their guests might need. It’s a perfect place. Bed was comfortable; the creek is beside you; furnishings were first class; kitchen was stocked amazingly well. We will be back.

Beautiful confo

This condo was beautifully decorated. It really has everything you need. The kitchen as very well equipped. The view and sound of the river below was so relaxing. It was a very easy and pretty walk to the market square where all the stores and restaraunts are. We enjoyed the summer concert series there. We would definately stay here again.

Amazingly well-appointed condo

The condo was excellent - clean, perfectly positioned within the Beaver Creek community (right next to the roaring creek which is like a lullaby at night) and the balcony afforded us cool evenings for conversation and stargazing. Anyone who stays here will have want of nothing. It’s so well-appointed and comfortable. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Beaver Creek.
