Tall Cotton - Luxury home on 30A with Gulf Views!

5 bedroom, 3000+ sq. ft home, with amazing Gulf views, and beach access located right out the back door featuring high end finishes and amenities. This home has over 700 sq. feet of porches, with spacious outdoor living and dining areas, including a large gas grill on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf. The gourmet kitchen is complete with a 48" Thermador gas range, huge island and two separate dishwashers. There are two separate living room areas and two complete master suites with king beds. The 3rd floor master suite has its own private kitchenette and balcony overlooking the Gulf with a swinging bed. There are also 2 cozy Queen suites. The kids will love the bunk room, complete with 6 bunks, individual charging stations for electronics, a TV, and separate living area. The Summer's Edge neighborhood has two community pools, both very close-by Tall Cotton has parking for up to (4) four cars. This house is centrally located south of 30A in Seagrove Beach.

A week at the beach is always wonderful with family. The location of Tall Cotton with respect to the beach and neighborhood pool is great—however the extreme wear & tear was quite shocking. If you’re looking for location then this house can’t be beat. If condition is important to your vacation then you will be disappointed.

We spent our Thanksgiving here and had a beautiful time. The pools are close, the neighborhood is easy to navigate. The beach was a short walk from the house. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities. We would certainly consider staying here again, our next trip to Sea Side.

Perfect location!!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The best location right next to the beach access. We loved that we could be at the beach, house or pool within a few minutes . This was perfect for the kids. They loved going to the pool and they had 2 to choose from. The house was great! The hosts were wonderful and was always available if we needed anything. I recommended renting bikes. We had fun riding around throughout the week.

We thought the layout and location of this vine were wonderful! Access to the beach was quick, the neighborhood was nice and not too crowded. The owner was very responsive to questions. We had a great week staying at Tall Cotton. The home was beautifully decorated, nice furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for 13 people. We had 9 kids with us and there was plenty of room for everyone and areas to play. The three decks had great views of the ocean and comfortable furniture. The beach access is just steps away from the back deck! We had such a great week we added another night to our vacation!
