Your stay is surrounded by a panoramic view of three private acres of forest with majestic boulders aligning the ridge. When you see Babu the 9 foot 1000 pound bear, you're there! He centers the gravel/stone island and loves getting his picture taken.
The cabin was purchased from a cabinetmaker who milled each board and cherry wood beam by hand, then meticulously crafted every inch of the cabin. Upon entering you will be awestruck by the 15' stone fireplace with 50 in. tv above mantel, chalet windows, cherry wood beams and luxury kitchen with quartz countertops, propane stove, glass range hood set in a rustic stone wall.
Immediately step into a panoramic four seasons sunroom with a spectacular view of the boulders on the ridge. From the sunroom go through the French doors to a private screened in porch.
The loft has a view overlooking the great room, ridge and forest .Enjoy your own private balcony, pool table, King and full size log beds, flatscreen tv with dvd player in the loft. Our Master Bedroom has a log queen bed and chest of drawers. Both the master and great room have over 120 channels of cable tv. Enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the cabin.

The covered front porch offers a new 2022 Nordic Hottub, seclusion and a wonderful view. At night three star showers light up the forest in a whimsical display. Out back a rumblestone firepit and large covered patio provide privacy and fun. We are a short walk from a view of the valley where you can see comets and shooting stars in the night sky.
We are centrally located in the heart of Daniel Boone National Forest with the 'Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge Area' being only 20-30 minutes away. These two nationally known locations offer many activities such as: a Skylift, canoeing, underground kayaking, zip-lining, family rock-climbing, scenic hiking trails, horseback riding and unique trade and gift shops.
Carter Caves being approximately an hour east offers horseback riding and cave tours.
Our cabin is less than a mile away from Cave Run Lake and Long Bow Marina. Cave Run Marina, Longbow's sister marina, offers pontoon, fishing and paddle boat rentals at reasonable rates. We are boaters and have two spacious turnarounds and level parking for your boat saving you time and dock fees.
