New remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counters and microwave. New remodeled bath with large walk-in shower and glass doors. Bottom unit of Abeachinhouse. Large deck in back with charcoal grill, table. Plenty of parking for four cars. It is a two bedrooms one full bath. Room 1 Queen. Room 2 set of tier bunk beds. Large sectional in family room with large 65-inch tv. Pub table seats 3, bar seats 3. Kitchen fully stocked. Beach across Waccamaw Dr and inlet/creek in rear. Please read the reviews from ABEACHINHOUSE which is the unit above sister property. Great location with area with no condo's or hotel's near so beach not very crowded. Scott was the most accommodating host I have ever come across. Responses were almost immediate from little to big questions. He was extemely helpful. This was the perfect visit for us as we have littles and the 30 second walk to the beach made it easy to come and go throughout the day. No hesitations to recommend this to anyone who is on the fence. You wont regret your stay here. Also just personal opinion, youre the perfect distance from the pier here; you aren't close enough to be around a ton of people but youre close enough to easily access the pier and shops nearby. 10/10
This is my favorite place to stay when going to the beach. Close to everything without being in all the traffic and noise of Myrtle Beach. Beach access is literally straight across the road. Perfect place to stay for a week long get away. The owners are excellent to deal with!
We have stayed at a lot of houses and this was our 1st time visiting this house and Garden City and it was the "cleanest" house & best host we have ever had!! We will stay again
Property was perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach, the location was spot on. This will be our go-to place to stay from now on.
House is in great location. Stayed in late July so A/C keeping the house cool was good, which is not always the case. TVs and Wifi were excellent as well. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for hosting us!
Our stay was amazing.The owner was great any questions or problems were solved right away . The location was the best the beach was right across the road easy access. The only complaint I had was a little cool but we chose this time of year . Would definitely stay here again
Scott and Juliet are the best hosts! Very attentive to your needs and quick to respond. The beach house was wonderful…close to the beach and inlet! Very quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to bring our golden with us too!
We had a great time. Location is great. Beach is literally across the road. The property is well kept and the kitchen is supplied with nearly if not everything you would need. Owner was very responsive when we had questions.
The house was exactly as described. Perfect area to get away for a vacation. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, but still close enough to everything you could want to do at the beach. The owners were very hospitable and made sure everything was in working order before my arrival. They were a pleasure to talk to and I would have no concerns about renting from them again in the future.
Love the location. Area was quiet, relaxing and not crowded. Beach access is directly across the street. We spent most of our time on the beach. Loved the fact that we got to bring our dog and was able to take our dog on the beach with us. We even enjoyed the sunset in the back over the marsh. Thank you!
Quaint downstairs unit in a beautiful neighborhood and nestled between Marsh and the beach. Beach boardwalk in front of house. Very clean, light and Airy with tasteful decor. All the amenities of Home provided. Ample parking. Will definitely consider revisiting.
This location is perfect. Beach access is great. Close to everything. Scott was great to deal with. Easy check in and check out. Only complaint I have is yard wasnt mowed and the outside could use some tlc. I would come back though.
Good location, plenty of space for family, we stayed in bottom unit. Mini split leaks water so you have to empty a bowl a couple times a day

My wife and I have properties in the area and had the opportunity to purchase this lovely home on a large lot. We needed a place to live until our house was ready in the area so we lived in the bottom unit after we had both units updated, painted and other thing's.....It has a unit up top called ABEACHINHOUSE. This unit is ABEACHINHOUSE DOWN. .

We want to provide a product that a family or a small group of friends could enjoy without having to rent a condo, a 10 bedroom home or multiple hotel rooms and dealing with parking issue's and elevators. Also noise!
