Beautiful and comfortable. One block from Dutch’s Old Bar!! Sleeps 12.

Located right on the main snowmobile trail (and ATV trail) that goes through Marenisco and connects to hundreds of miles throughout the Upper Peninsula. This place is totally renovated and beautiful and comfortable inside. Has one King bed, 3 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and a futon that makes into a full bed. Shower and kitchen facilities and refrigeration both upstairs and downstairs as well as 5 direct TV's. Coffee makers, both Keurig and traditional drip, plates, utensils and microwaves both upstairs and downstairs Plenty of space for vehicle and trailer parking and is located a couple hundred yards from both Dutch's Famous Bar and Two Fat Guys bar. 7 miles from Lake Gogebic!

Everything is in like new condition, and this is one of the finest facilities you will find. Both Dutch’s Bar and Two Fat Guys bar are great meeting places for snowmobilers from all over the Midwest, and we get the “lake effect” snow for some of the finest snowmobiling anywhere. Trails are beautifully groomed and the main trail butts up to the backyard of this property and connects to hundreds of miles of great trails! Great reviews from all renters!

The place is in a great location for snowmobiling from. The house was very clean, with lots of space. Direct tv in every room. It’s a very comfortable place to stay.

Late January snowmobiling trip

The place has plenty of space for 6 guys snowmobiling. It’s clean, lots of beds and plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Trails right out the back of the property. This was our 2nd stay here, plan on coming back next year.

House is great! Close to trail. Typical small town atmosphere-3 bars and a small convenience store with limited hours. We will go back. Hosts are very helpful and communicate well.

Fantastic location for recreation

Perfect location for our UTV ride. Trail is directly behind the house and directly accessed from the property. The house was very nice, clean and well appointed. No need to bring anything. Stayed in other places where the kitchen was lacking on utensils and cookware. Not the case here. Owners are very responsive and checked in with us to make sure all was good and that there was nothing we needed. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nice house on the trail. Plenty of beds for larger groups. With 7 guys we were never cramped for space. Would rent this house again.

Very nice house right on snowmobile/RTV trail.

Nice house. Everything as described. Even better than on pictures. Easy communication with owner. Very clean. Nice neighborhood in small town. Plenty of beds on the main floor (two bedrooms) and downstairs. Recent renovation. No complains et al. Two points to consider: 1) No A/C (there are some fans, if needed), which you probably need only few days a year (we were lucky and it was hot!). 2) No Wi-fi (which might be an advantage as well). There is good internet with cell phone, and wi-fi in a pub next corner, if needed. Enjoyed our stay. Recommend!

Great week

Very nice place. Five of us spent a very nice week snowmobiling the area. The snowmobile trail is right behind the house, two nice bars, and a restaurant with in walking distance. The gas station is just down a block (limited hour, would bring gas cans if you like to night ride). Over all a very nice place.

Very nice and clean. Plenty of beds for us 7 guys to sleep. Great location, right on snowmobile trail. Bar, restaurant and gas within a block. Owner for ba k to us right away to answer questions. Will definitely stay here again.
