The unit is located on the third floor of the complex which is accessible by elevator or stairs. Overviewing the green and the fairway the fully equipped Condo, with Cathedral ceiling with open floor plan, offers living room and dining room table.

Gorgeous, huge master suite with king-size bed, night tables, walk-in closet, vanity and private step-in shower and toilet.

Guest room with queen-size bed, and bath with tub/shower.

Full eat-in, accessorized kitchen, with door to clean, it has assigned a carport parking.

Flatscreen TV and Cable. Free Wifi. W/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. Carpet and Tile. All bedding and towels provided.

Heated, peaceful, community pool with tables and umbrellas and Tennis Courts just steps away.

This apartment is in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was great that there was a pool and tennis court on site and it’s in a safe neighbourhood. Very friendly people live there too. We would rent this apartment if in the area again.
