Impeccable Bartlett home located within minutes of everything the White Mountains have to offer. Minutes to Attitash, Wildcat, Storyland, shopping, etc...2 miles to North Conway Village. Tucked away cul de sac with three levels of living including 4 bedrooms (sleeping 10) and 2 full baths. Spacious living area featuring kitchen, living room, and dining area with vaulted ceilings. Walkout lower level with pool table and entertainment area. Large mountain-view deck with grill and backyard fire pit.
Please treat our home as if it were your own. Though only 12 yrs. old, the home is entirely new to the rental business and it shows through its remarkable condition.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was a very nice. Great location to everything

We enjoyed our stay. We were out and about during the day but having the firepit in the evening was very nice. The house was spacious and accommodating. The only disappointment was the cleaning. I think the cleaning company fell short for the amount that is being charged. The owners advised they will address this with them. Other than that, I recommend this home.

Feb vacation trip

House layout was great with plenty of room for 2 families. Everything in the house was well maintained and clean-including all the bedding and linens. It was very nice to have the fireplace at night after a day of skiing as well as the pool table/ping pong table and multiple televisions so everyone could do what they wanted. Although it would have been nice to have a washer/dryer available, having the “hot” mud room to leave boots and wet outdoor clothing to dry worked out great! Our only issue/concern was being told to limit our trash to 2 bags while we were there, which wouldn’t have really been an issue if we were only at the house for a weekend. However, we rented the house for a week with 8 guests during covid times (so we weren’t going out for meals) and thus exceeded the 2 bag limit. Regardless of this issue, this property was one of the best we’ve stayed at in the area for the many years we’ve been coming up to NH and we hope to return again in the future!

Family Snowmobile Trip!!!

Family snowmobiling trip with our adult children and their significant others. Perfect setup for 4 couples. Beautiful house in a perfect location. Very responsive owner. Would stay again.

July 4th 2019 weekend

Great location with a full 4 bedroom home. Nice size kitchen and family room. We were (4) adult couples and we felt comfortable in the house. Only 2 showers so getting ready to go out was time consuming and we ran out of hot water. An outside shower would be a good addition to the house but not really a big deal. We all would recommend staying there again.

The house itself was very nice with exception that it was difficult to find and had no air conditioning even though it said it did in the amenities. Mr. Delisi was very helpful with a few questions that I had and was prompt to respond.
