In the Loire Valley region and close to many activities: La Flèche zoo, Le Mans golf course, sailing and swimming at the Marçon nautical base, tennis, horse riding ... The characterful accommodation (old stones, exposed beams) measures around 80 m2 and can accommodate 4 people (2 bedrooms) and a baby (cot) The living room is open on one level on an outdoor terrace and a large independent garden (garden furniture, barbecue). It occupies the entire ground floor with an American kitchen. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. The staircase is quite steep but has a safety barrier for children 1.5 hours from Paris by TGV (château du loir station) 2.5 hours by the Paris motorway
