Beautiful restoration antique and stylish interior design to this charming 17th century mill: the stream that passes under the house and once fed the wheel is visible by interior windows and gives the place its charm.
Beautiful interior volumes: large living room (30m2) with fireplace (TV, stereo, library, games) opening onto a shaded terrace by the water (garden furniture for 6); dining room (30 m2) with fireplace; large fully equipped kitchen with dining area; laundry; entry ; WC.
Upstairs: CH 1 double bed (160) + 1 single bed with ensuite bathroom; CH 1 to 3 single beds; a bathroom; 1 toilet.
Extensive private grounds (2000 m2) in nature, neat edge and flowers, swings for children.
The property is bordered by two small streams where children can fish
An ideal place to relax in nature, but also the starting point for many cultural visits and sports activities in the region.

A truly beautiful house in a tranquil setting.

We had a brilliant week’s stay in Le Moulin. The house is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable; it is located in such a beautiful, peaceful setting. There were so many interesting places to visit just a short drive away and, when we didn’t feel like travelling, the garden was a great place to rest and relax while observing the local wild life

We had such a wonderful time !! The house and the garden are amazing, perfect for a family holidays. Close to the main castles and lots of things to do in the area. A wonderful stay at Le Moulin, Chemille sur Deme

This was our second stay in successive years and it met all our expectations again. Le Moulin is enchanting, peaceful, well appointed, and comfortable, with only the sound of birds, the running mill stream and an occasional tractor in this rural location. The friendly housekeeper Corinne and her husband Fred are always on hand to help if the need arises. Sitting in the garden on a sunny evening with a glass or two of local wine is idyllic - even the beautiful turquoise dragonflies come to say ‘hello’.

Really awful floor covering upstairs: hard rough matting. WiFi only worked in 1 room. Sink in kitchen leaked. No real oven. Didn't know about 300 cash deposit until a last minute email..wasn't planning on bringing that amount.Property is good, very rural which suited us.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis in prachtige omgeving

We hebben zeer genoten van ons verblijf in deze mooie oude watermolen, die fraai gerestaureerd is en van alle moderne gemakken is voorzien. Met een zeer grote schaduwrijke tuin. De omgeving is erg rustig, zodat je volop kan genieten van de natuur - waaronder reeën, hazen, ijsvogels etc. Ook ligt deze woning erg centraal voor allerlei leuke uitstapjes. Een echte aanrader!

Séjour d'une semaine en famille avec bébé

Très bonne expérience ! Le moulin est très agréable, tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent et l'environnement est très calme. Nombreuses activités aux alentours. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réactivité de Corinne et des propriétaires lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec le chauffe eau (résolu dans la matinée).

Tout ce que nous attendions d’un gîte en pleine nature, au calme, hyper spacieux, bien équipé, pistes cyclable à proximité pour allier sport et visites en tous genres, villes, musées, châteaux… Les enfants ont observé tous les animaux sauvages alentours, lièvres, biches, rapaces, ragondins…. Séjour au calme dans la campagne sarthoise

Nous avons passé quinze jours dans un moulin rénové grand, en pleine nature, très fonctionnel et avec beaucoup de charme. C'était reposant et parfait pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire (entre 1h et 1h20 de route) et les zoos de Beauval et de la Flèche. Une expérience inoubliable !

Quel bel endroit que cet ancien moulin! Après avoir passer nos journées à visiter des châteaux, on a l'impression nous aussi de dormir dans une demeure historique, le confort moderne en plus! Un super endroit, au calme et avec beaucoup d'espace. Des propriétaires discrets et attentionnés, merci. Nos enfants se sont éclatés en toute sécurité dans les petits ruisseaux environnants la propriété. Très agréable séjour malgré une météo récalcitrante.

Idyllisches Haus

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind idyllisch , mitten zwischen Wald und Feld. Alles, was man braucht, ist da! In der Nähe sind einige Ausflüge möglich, einer schöner als der andere. Einzig der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig. Un grand merci à Corinne, Frédéric, Marie et Jean!

Parfait pour se mettre au « vert »

Joli gite très bien restauré et spacieux dans une campagne bucolique où il fait bon vivre et se reposer loin de la vie stridente de la ville. En juillet août, la base de loisirs de Marçon offre toutes les activités qui plaisent aux enfants et adolescents : baignade, canoës sur le lac ou le loir, pédalos ...Les différentes activités proposées par l’office de tourisme de la Chartre sur loir et de Vendôme, ainsi que les fêtes de village , les brocantes du week-end à la Chartre ont animé notre séjour. La vallée du loir est riche en patrimoine à visiter . Avec la canicule, nous n’avons pas allumer le bois dans la belle cheminée du salon qui pourtant nous avait bien donné envie à notre arrivée ... C’est le cœur sérré que nous repartirons de ce lieu où règne la douceur de vivre.

Alquilamos la propiedad por 10 días y para nuestro asombro; ya que las fotografías no alcanzan a plasmar la belleza del lugar, un sitio ideal para descansar y desconectar, con el sonido del agua, la vegetación y toda la naturaleza que le rodea, las caminatas por los alrededores al amanecer es todo un espectáculo, ya que se pueden ver muchas aves , ciervos y más especies. La casa está decorada con un gusto sencillo, pero exquisito, no le falta detalle, ya que tiene de todo. Jean y Marie son encantadores, te ofrecen mucha confianza , al tiempo que respetan la privacidad. La zona es sencillamente hermosa y ofrece la posibilidad de hacer diferentes actividades. Para nosotros fue una estancia que no queríamos que terminara, así que vale la pena repetir.

Idyllisches Ferienhaus

Wir wurden von der Verwalterin Corinne sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Die Räume sind alle sehr groß und sehr schön möbliert. In der Küche gibt es alle notwendigen elektrischen Küchengeräte. Dass der Mühlbach direkt durch das Haus fließt, ist ein Erlebnis. Es lagen viele Broschüren aus, was man in der Umgebung alles unternehmen kann. Der Router hat hervorragend funktioniert. Marie , die Besitzerin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr herzlich verabschiedet. Wir können das Haus und seine Lage sehr empfehlen. Angelika und Jasper , Juli 2019

Fabuloso sitio para desconectar y disfrutar de una estancia campestre.

Estuvimos una familia con tres niños de 10 a 14 años y aprovechamos para visitar los castillos del Loira, Le Mans con el circuito de 24 horas, el bosque de Bercé e incluso nos escapamos un día a Paris. La casa, muy bien acondicionada y con un jardín inmenso, nos permitió también disfrutar de algún día sin movernos de ella. Muy aconsejable!
