Perfect location to downtown Summerville! I parked my car and rode my bike or walked everywhere. Excellent communication by the host's. I would book there again for sure.

We immediately felt right at home in the Schoolhouse Cottage! It had everything we needed. The location is the real highlight though, we walked to dinner at night at several different restaurants, the Saturday farmers market was right across the street and we were a short drive to the Ashley River plantations and Charleston. We had a blast and will very likely return.

Very clean, quiet, and charming, but the shower is a challenge for anyone over 6 ft tall. Close to good restaurants but we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the nearby farmer's market.

We stayed in two of the cottages on this property and they were in a perfect location. The cottages are very well maintained and the property manager was very attentive and accommodating.
