The house is great for a family. We had plenty of room and my grandchildren loved playing with all the toys! Jenn responded quickly when we had a question. They also welcomed us with a plate of brownies which were yummy!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place is perfect for a family reunion—especially when kids are involved. The house was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and the porch was a great gathering spot. The attractions for the kids were even better. They loved the pretend grocery store, doll house, train and track and many more activities. Best of all, our granddaughter loved the chickens! We would definitely go again.

The family owners were TREMENDOUSLY hospitable! They communicated with us during our stay as we needed, and they even had delectable homemade brownies waiting for us upon arrival. The arrival policy was easy and convenient. The home was a beautiful setting for our family of 8 (all adults) to enjoy. The home was immaculate and this was the first time that I stayed at a VRBO that I did not feel the need to clean the sheets before sleeping. The property is in a peaceful setting and we enjoyed the deck during our morning coffee and late evening family games . Truly, for any family or friend vacation, this is the place to visit. It is BETTER than the photos!

This is a very family-friendly home-- lots of toys and amenities for children. We had 7 adults and 2 babies in our party and there was ample space for all with a crib, pack & play, high chair, and tons of toys for the kids. The fresh eggs each morning from their chickens were fun too! It's a quiet location--except when the train goes by, but they have sound machines in each room so just make use of them. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay near Williamsburg!

We enjoyed this lovely home and the farm-fresh eggs for breakfast. It was easy to travel to Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Yorktown from this property. We would stay here again.
