Completely private, fenced property. Convenient and comfortable family location.

The house was nice and clean. There is a great deck in the backyard and a nice flat, very large backyard. The host was friendly and responsive. The only thing that could have been better is the cookware. Nice variety of pots and pans but all Teflon and some pans were pretty scratched up which is a health concern for me.

Loved our stay at Armando’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer and we really enjoyed the beautiful front porch and back yard. Highly recommend!

Outstanding - very clean and comfortable. This was the perfect place for us to stay. After a busy day in Colonial Williamsburg, we really appreciated a quiet, easy to relax in, close to everything home-away from home. We hope to come back in the fall and we hope to stay here again.

The perfect location for traveling to Virginia's Historic Triangle. The house is well-equipped for visitors and very comfortable. It was close to the historic sites and there is a grocery store nearby. It was peaceful, despite being off a main road. There was plenty of parking and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the large kitchen which is open to the living room and dining room. We enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave. It felt like home in the short time were there. Do yourself a favor and book this home for your next trip!

A great place to stay! Technically a small house, it still felt very spacious for four people. Everything was clean and well kept. The property was beautiful and private. The location was also great; we never had to drive more than 20 minutes to get anyway. I would definitely recommend!

Great location, comfortable and convenient

We loved having two bathrooms and a big kitchen that was well equipped. We spent time enjoying the deck and yard. All in all, one of the best vacation rentals I’ve had.

I worked for 2 years remodeling and adding porch and deck updating everything to provide an unique experience I even instal sound systems 🙂

After a long day of touring local attractions or visiting loved ones, enjoy a refuge where you can rock on the front porch, cook a simple dinner, watch a movie, and get a great night's sleep to be ready for another day of exciting history and entertainment. Shopping amenities (grocery store, Starbucks, drug store, take out, gas station) within a couple of blocks. Private house all to yourself, and ample parking.
