This very private, romantic Guest House is the perfect spot to spend your vacation or even a work trip. The property is located on Spring Lake (a gated community,) has its own private entrance, 2 private balconies & a designated parking space for your vehicle. Shopping, Restaurants and Mall only 5 minutes away! Only 30 minutes away from beautiful natural springs, 17 minutes from Downtown Orlando and 35 minutes from Universal and Disney Parks! This 2nd level, 1 (king) bed and 1 bath is perfect for a romantic getaway. Homeowners are on-site. High Speed Internet.

Where do I even begin, this property is beautiful! The host Gina, she went above and beyond for us to have the best stay possible. It was super easy contacting her about our stay there. The place is one of a kind and was clean. I absolutely love everything that the place had like kitchen appliances, recliners, a work space desk, and the shower soaps were nice especially when forgetting to bring your own, super convenient! I felt comfortable and safe staying here. We will be returning for future trips!

The guesthouse was very nice and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very helpful and friendly and responded quickly. We would definitely book here again! It's located near many shops and restaurants, along with the Altamonte Mall and it's very convenient for hopping on I-4.

Everything was great. The kitchenette is quite large and I liked that the refrigerator was full-sized, and there were ice cubes already made. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Gina was very communicative and made sure I had everything that I needed (which I did!). I would definitely stay here again.
