We had 13 teachers stay at your place for the NCEA Convention and it was just perfect for our needs! Everyone was able to have some privacy while at the same time be able to hang out with each other. It was so convenient having 2 kitchens to prepare our breakfasts and the game room was so much fun! THANK YOU for providing a wonderful option for us!

Property was clean and as described. There are three stories and a lot of steps. There is no central air… Only window units. This was not clearly spelled out in the listing. Host was very responsive. We were short on a few washcloths, and when we notified them, they took care of the issue. Overall, we had a very nice stay. Neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but it was quiet and we never felt unsafe.

We loved our stay- it was a great place for our family to hang out together. Loved the location, and the house is gorgeous. Yes it’s old, but that’s what we loved- so much character! Well stocked, tons of beds and bedrooms, and lots of bonus areas. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing house!

We stayed here with a group of women for my mom’s 70th birthday. There were plenty of beds for everyone to have their own space, lots of bathrooms, and really cool layout of the home. Highly recommend for a large group!

Great place for a group stay

We had a group of friends, and this place was perfect! Plenty of sleeping space, nice yard, second kitchen upstairs and great location. Highly recommend checking out Brunson's, a bar and grill right next to the house. If I need to accommodate a group again in the Twin Cities I will definitely rebook here!

Perfect Family Gathering Spot!

It was perfect for us as we had multiple couples and we all had plenty of space! And the group gathering area was perfect as well. The best surprise was that it was only 4 blocks where our grandparents lived decades ago, so was able to enjoy walking the old neighborhood. Would rent it again without hesitation!
