Communication is very important on App related rentals. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. For me that is most important. Great Time in a Great Community. Enjoy!PS - The kitchen was very well stocked with any cooking item that you might need.

Beautiful single home with lots of room. Plenty of seating in living room and dining area for our party of 8. Kitchen was equipped with dishes and pans that we used. Air conditioning worked great upstairs and down plus the ceiling fans kept house cool in the extreme heat. Water pressure for the showers was great also.

Size of house was perfect for our vacation. Amenities of the community are great, however the listing doesn’t show there is an additional charge for all of the amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

We're so glad that you enjoyed your trip and would consider us again. We apologize if there was any confusion about the Resort passes that Bayside requires for access to the pools and club amenities. To confirm, our listing does include information regarding the passes in our description, and the base reservation does include one weekly summer pass to convey the price. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and we look forwarding to hosting you in the future.

The house , the ammentities of the complex, the location were so perfect. We usually don't stay in the same place every year, but everybody in our family said they want to come back. The grass area in front of our house was great for our dogs.
