Located in the desirable Cape Windsor subdivision, this well-appointed property offers an open living design concept and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

The home features an enclosed three-season sun porch overlooking the canal and dock, furnished for both dining and relaxation—perfect for enjoying meals, morning coffee, or evening drinks regardless of weather conditions.

Inside, the open floor plan includes tasteful décor, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a comfortable living area with expanded cable TV. Great house, great location, very clean, and so many areas for gathering with your family. Inside table, screened in porch table, and even a table outside for all the family dinners or games. Close to everything, my family had a great week enjoying the beach, pool, and boat dock. We were able to rent a boat near by and dock at the house, such a fun time.

The property was exactly as expected and met our needs well. It was a great location being only a short drive to the beach. We really enjoyed the screen porch, access to the community pool and having success catching crabs was an added bonus.

Wonderful Beach House

My family loves coming to this beach house, our 2nd time there & planning on a 3rd next year. The home has everything you need for a great week at the beach. My grandchildren love crabbing off the dock. Great location too. Close to great restaurants.

Lovely Vacation home

This property was very clean and well maintained and a great fit for our family vacation. We enjoyed using the crab traps for the little ones to check on each day and having access to our boat. The home’s location made it easy to visit nearby beaches and restaurants. Gathering on the porch for meals and games was perfect for our group. Would love to go back.

Our family just completed our third year staying at this beautiful waterfront home, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The location can’t be beat — the house is directly on the water, allowing us to enjoy fishing, kayaking, and morning coffee on the bay. The views are stunning both in the early morning and at sunset, and the peaceful setting is the perfect balance of being close enough to the beach yet far enough away from the crowds of Ocean City.The home itself is very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and offered plenty of space for our group of 10, which included seven adults and three children under seven. Having three bathrooms made our stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and feels very safe. Val, the host, was responsive and helpful throughout the week, which we truly appreciated.If we had to point out one drawback, it would be that the thermostat is limited to a minimum setting of 72 degrees due to a previous HVAC issue. While we understand the reason for this, it did make a few of the warmer days less comfortable, as this is warmer than we typically keep our homes.Overall, this property continues to be a family favorite, and we would certainly consider staying again in the future. The combination of location, amenities, and space makes it a wonderful choice for a large family gathering.

Fantastic Vacation Home -

I have been renting homes for almost 20 years and this has to be one of the nicest and well prepared I have ever stayed at. Everything is just as advertised and so well prepared - right down to instructions for every appliance and service. Beautiful home in a beautiful location providing a comfortable and easy to relax holiday experience. I would recommend this home and will certainly be going back next year.

Beach house is in a great location for our family. Close to beach, pool & restaurants. This was our 5th time staying at this home & every time has been great. Crabbing off of the dock behind the home & eating crabs on the wonderful porch. Going to pool just around the corner from the home. Just a great home for our family. Fenwick Island House #805341

This is our 2nd year at this property and we have had wonderful times here. It’s a nice family oriented place near all the main attractions. We just love sitting on the enclosed back porch watching the lagoon. We were able to rent a boat for the week and dock it in the back and were able to go out to the bay when ever we wanted. Just love it and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly well kept home

The house is very clean. Rules are very clear and fair. Home has everything you need for your stay. Beach chairs, boogie boards, crab pots, dishwasher pods, and a fully stocked kitchen. Home is very spacious. Lots of space for our group of 7. Neighbors are friendly in the development. Sits back far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there quickly. Beds are comfortable. Bring your own linens and towels. Close to the Food Lion and liquor store. Owners are very helpful. We put the trash cans out too close to our cars and went to the beach. The owners let us know that the cans were too close and may not be picked up. Since we were away for the day, the kind neighbors moved them for us! One thing to keep in mind is that the home only provides 6 pool passes even though the house holds 10 people. The automatic lock is convenient and secure. Loved the back porch that over looked the bay. Very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend reading the well thought out house information binders when you first check in. The owners have done a great job providing you with all the information that you will need for your stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place for small family/group with older children and no friends

We stayed July 13th-20th. 6 adults and 2 children ages 7 and 3. The Great: This place is beautiful and immaculately kept. The owner Val responded quickly to any issues/questions I had. Great Location to beach and area restaurants/attractions. Mattresses were very comfortable (except for the twin beds in the kids room) The Not So Great: I emailed the owner the day of move in to see if we could get in the house a little earlier than 3p. He stated no, the cleaners needed the time to get the house ready for us. Understandable. We decided to stop for a late lunch at Smitty McGee's. While eating lunch I got a text stating "it was time to check-in"?? We got to the house around 3:30-ish but couldn't get in with the code I was given. I contacted Val who did respond right away. He stated he could reset the code with his phone. We were able to enter the house about 10 minutes after that. While the downstairs was cool the upstairs was extremely warm. The thermostat said 86 and could not be adjusted because it said it was locked. I text Val and he was again able to change it with his phone. The "3 season" porch was like a sauna when we first arrived. Future renters beware, it is not air conditioned. It was nice to sit out there during the early morning hours or late evening but otherwise no. There are lots of instructions and rules to follow which is why I advise that no small children or teenagers stay. I was constantly concerned that something was going to break or the sliding polyvinyl panels on the porch were going to get punctured etc. that I really couldn't relax while we were in the home. You MUST follow the very strict rule of 10 people occupying (this means visiting, staying, etc) at all times. There are camera's outside (possibly inside) and the "neighbors" will tell on you if you have even 1 person over that limit visiting, Val text and stated the "neighbors" advised him of this. My sister pulled her vehicle up to unload her bags and I immediately got a text saying there was a vehicle parked on the street. We stay at the beach every year (first time renting through VRBO) and always have multiple people visiting in and out because we are on VACATION! If it were not for the wonderful neighbors from MA renting next to us we would not have stayed home as much since we could not have guest over. I would advise this property only be rented to mature adults with very little family or friends. We will be booking next year, just not at this place.

Perfect home for the whole family!

This was the second year we stayed in this beautiful bay side home with the kids and grandkids. It was just as lovely as last year. Fenwick is so close to the action in Ocean City, yet has its own family fun and beaches . I would highly recommend this home and Val makes sure all your needs are met.

Immaculate Canal Home

This was the second year we stayed on this property, we love this home & yes it’s immaculate! Screened in porch was perfect for our crab feast & sitting on the dock with early morning coffee was the best! It’s a wonderful location for fishing & crabbing, community pool within walking distance, beach just a short drive away. Val made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation, he responded immediately when we had questions. I would highly recommend this home as we have stayed in many many properties throughout the years this is by far one of our favorites hope to be returning again soon!

Extremely family oriented environment in a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere with all of the amenities of being at the beach, but not on the beach. Having access to a community pool, and water for boating, jet skiing, kayaking, crabbing and fishing, within minutes to beautiful beaches, is an all around amazing experience.
