This deluxe oceanfront 1st floor condo is located on 56th and Central Avenue, one of the prettiest beaches on the island. Walk on the beach by just stepping outside onto your covered porch and onto the huge oceanfront deck. The deck is perfect for entertaining or just spoiling yourself with a tranquil beach front meal. Step onto the beach and use the open, less crowded beaches that include lifeguard stations or if you prefer, without lifeguards. Either choice is just steps away.

This beautiful home sleeps 8-10 in with four bedrooms including two master suites and 3 full baths, plus enclosed outside showers and storage which makes clean up after a beach day a breeze. A large living room allows you to view early morning sunrises and the beautiful colors of twilight while enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage. Well equipped kitchen and dining room provide perfect amenities for eating in and comfortably seating family and guests.

Central air conditioning, large HDTV in main room plus 2 others in bedrooms, ceiling fans, free WIFI and free unlimited phone calls are a few of the amenities you'll enjoy in this oceanfront beach house in Ocean City. Relax in luxury!!

Would do it again

Nice large place with plenty of room to be together or get away from the family for a bit. At the south of the island so not as busy as most of the island. Most well stocked kitchen we’ve seen-everything needed to cook and eat in. Would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful Jersey Shore Vacation

A perfect house and location for me and my extended family! The layout of the house was perfect for us and the porch and deck were ideal for early coffee mornings and late night conversations. Just steps to the beach made it so easy with the kids! The host made check in very easy and addressed one small question we had quickly . I can't wait to go back next year!

Relaxing

Beautiful home, quiet and relaxing. Loved opening the door in the morning and evening to hear the ocean waves. Felt like the beach was only ours, handful of people seen on the beach during our mid week stay. Only thing… wished the house provided linens and towels, Eileen quick to respond and recommendation given to rent the linens in which we did. No problem, just extra mulah.

Great Location

My family enjoyed our stay very much.and you cannot beat being so close to the beach... and the weather was perfect. My grand children didn't mind the short drive to the boardwalk.

Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was great being so close to the beach and sitting on the porch listening to the waves. We all had our own rooms and we had plenty of room for us to be together, playing board games and to have our meals together. The kitchen was a nice size and had all we needed to cook our meals. We liked that there was wifi connection and there were 3 TV's. Eileen was very helpful with any questions we had and very easy to contact by email. We love being on the southend, it's not as crowed or noisey. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Comfortable and Location Can't be Beat!

The south end of Ocean City is much quieter than the north or central ends of town. The property is right on the beach - we had a bunch of kids ranging from 2-10 and it was so easy to get on and off the beach. They could also ride their bikes in the quiet streets at that end. The house is clean and while not fancy, more than adequate and comfortable. Great large kitchen area - seating for 10. Three full baths! Hose right at entrance to large deck to easily wash everything and everyone down after the beach. The beach itself is perfect - no lifeguard at this block, but we like that - it was far less crowded and there were no limits to swimming. The only drawback was that the bike ride to the boardwalk was too long for our young ones. That said, several of the adults enjoyed the scenic bike ride over Corson's Inlet and through Strathmere. The bird life is incredible - don't forget your binoculars.

My family and I enjoyed our week. The house was dated but clean and very well equipped and a great location. The pictures from the first floor were quite misleading as you cannot see the ocean over the dunes (guessing they were taken many many years ago) but again you can't beat the price to be right on the beach.

Walk out the door to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious 1st floor apartment. The house was neat and clean and we spent time cooking in the large kitchen between relaxing on the porch/deck and the beach. Highly recommend this rental.
